Zoom is best and reliable video conferencing product
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace now combines meetings, chat, docs, mail, and calendar in one platform — making collaboration seamless. The AI Companion is especially useful for auto-summarizing meetings, generating replies, and creating documents. I also appreciate the new Zoom Docs, whiteboard tools, and multi-speaker meeting view that make teamwork more efficient and engaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Workplace could improve its AI accuracy, speed on low internet, and tool integrations.

Some time scattered communication of the both side and integration challenge for the developer.

- The in-app navigation and features like white board or break out facilities.
- In a bigger assembly of people, it is very easier to switch btw speakers and the meeting can be coordinated easily.

- Helping schedule meeting before hand. Also restrict it sometimes when it is an exclusive meeting with password

Reliable video meetings, but heavy on system resources
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace remains one of the most stable and widely used platforms for online meetings. The interface is clean, and most people already know how to use it, which makes collaboration easy even with new clients or external partners. I also appreciate the breakout rooms and screen sharing options - they make teaching and team workshops much smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
It consumes a lot of system resources during long calls, especially when multiple participants have their cameras on. The background noise suppression sometimes distorts voices, and updates tend to happen too often. It would also be nice to have more integrated productivity tools without needing third-party apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our remote team coordinate tasks and hold weekly stand-ups efficiently. Despite minor performance issues, it’s still a reliable way to connect and keep everyone aligned across locations.

The interface is clean, the video and audio quality are excellent even on moderate connections, and the integration with calendars and productivity tools makes it easy to manage meetings without switching tabs. At times, larger meetings can consume higher bandwidth, which slightly affects users with slower internet connections. The frequent updates, while improving security, can occasionally interrupt workflows when they occur unexpectedly. Adding a more lightweight version for quick meetings would make it even better.

The best thing about Zoom Workplace is that it is reliable and user-friendly. It gives an ease of use and high quality video and audio experience that makes the virtual meetings and collaboration a seamless process. I like the way that all the things, such as meetings, chat, whiteboard, calendar and files are all in one platform which makes our team stay organized and connected. Its user interface is easy and yet powerful such that both technical and non technical users can be adapted easily.

It is not much to dislike, and occasionally big meetings may have slight lag or connection problems with the speed of the internet. Also, it may seem like too many features initially, particularly to new users venturing into the revised Zoom Workplace interface. Nevertheless, after getting acquainted with it, the general experience turns out to be effective and reliable.

The thing that I dislike about the zoom is its few features in interface like sometimes it takes time to unmute and screenshare . It can make those actions stable .

The best thing is that it makes all of the work easy like phone , emails and Video meetings all in one frame .

1.The limit of 40 minutes for non pro users is a headache while recording or having sessions.

Best Video Service On The Web
What do you like best about the product?
In the world of Skype, Microsoft and Google, Zoom is the best video application on the web. I work for a company that doesn't embrace technology that well, being a rural area but this is such easy software that is does not take long to train. Signing up is easy and there isn't a marketing push to upgrade to premium services. There is a strong reliability, and video is perfect with a decent Wi-Fi signal. Customer service is also very reliable and helpful. New users also find creating accounts is easy. We try to use this always for our Monday morning meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
We try to use the basic features, but they are limited not signing on to premium services. The AI companion still has some fledgling issues that make it difficult to rely upon. The free services only let you use 40 mins of video conferencing before you get kicked off and there are random times where the meetings go into audio only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company often requires us to be out of the office inspecting homes and properties, so we rely on virtual meetings when we can't be physically present. We typically use the service to share documents during these meetings and to access materials on-demand when presenting to clients. As we move into the winter months, this has become especially helpful while we are out checking properties.
