Wonderful for Personal Use and Work
What do you like best about the product?
The first time I used Zoom was shortly after the world shut down in 2020. My granddaughter was turning a year old in May, and I asked my children if we could see each other via Zoom. Not only did my 3 children and all 8 of my grandchildren participate, several of my son & daughter-in-law's friends were on the video call too. We had a great time talking over one another, laughing, and singing Happy Birthday. We utilized Zoom for every birthday that year. It certainly gave me something to look forward to during that isolating time.
My office utilizes Zoom all of the time; especially for depositions. I think it's a wonderful bit of technology that permits folks from around the world to stay connected.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced anything to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier connectivity with clients.

We use zoom for all our meetings and it's solid
What do you like best about the product?
It's very reliable, hardly ever causes a problem for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any major downsides. Sometimes it takes a tad long to load or requires login when I'm already logged in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work on a lot of software products where a live screenshare is very hlepful
My favorite platform for virtual meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been extremely helpful, especially with all of the improvements over the past couple years. Integration with Gong and other apps has really improved our customer meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of. It's easy to use and customer support has been positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making work meetings easier and more efficient, improving our customer service and making us more productive.
Overall positive experience using the Zoom platform.

We have better attended trainings and meetings due to the accessibility of zoom
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides occur when wifi is unstable and drops the zoom meeting or training. Also, when the system is updated, we don't get notified by zoom and we are trying to figure things out right before a training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to continue providing trainings and meetings in our daily tasks which are part of our organization deliverables.
Generally reliable, if sometimes glitchy

Call quality can vary widely and controls often glitch to the point of being unusable

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use, convenient and globally recognized as a top online meeting platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would remember all of my meeting settings from meeting to meeting.

The ability to hold hybrid format meetings, which is huge for my industry.
Zoom meets our business needs!
What do you like best about the product?
The entire company is able to use it from anywhere in the world with no hassle. We're able to integrate our favourite apps with ease. Our team uses it every single day for easy collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The backend configurations and settings can be hard to walkthrough independently. Sometimes it can be difficult to find the most current user guides. Their customer service is also siloed and sometimes multiple units have to be crossed to receive assistance.

ease of use, recording and funtionality. Love the different things you can do, breakout rooms, virtual background, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
occasional lag and dropped calls. Also takes time to open up and get into the meeting vs say Google Meet which is instant

Allows us to meet with more people, more easily schedule and carry out meetings within the company...collaboration much easier
Great App for Any Type of Meeting

It's very easy to use and makes it easier for me to connect with some of my clients that are not tech saavy

Haven't found anything to dislike yet, so far everything works as it should

Zoom Meeting is the gold standard
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Meetings has been the gold standard in terms of features compared to all other online meeting tools. Zoom Meetings containts features that others are trying build. Integrations to other applications is pretty easy. We use their API to implement integrations with our internal applcation; the well documentation on their intensive API made it easy to integrate. Zoom is also very intuitiive for our users to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Meetings adds features but their documentation behind these features are lacking. We never know how to implement and deploy new features unless we build our own test platform for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Meeting solved our integration need for our internal application as well as our need for a seamless platform between meeting internally and with our members via our app.
