Reliable and Easy-to-Use Tool for Everyday Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace is extremely easy to use and reliable for day-to-day communication. The interface is clean, intuitive, and doesn’t require much training, even for new users. Scheduling meetings, joining calls, and sharing screens all happen smoothly. I also appreciate the AI features, like meeting summaries, which save a lot of time. Overall, it makes remote communication and collaboration feel effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the app can use a lot of system resources, especially during long video calls or screen sharing sessions. The update notifications also pop up quite often, which can interrupt workflow. I would also like to see more improvements in the whiteboard and team chat features to make them more competitive with other tools. None of these issues are deal-breakers, but they can be inconvenient.

Reliable Connections Make Zoom My Top Choice for Important Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
The kind of connection issues we have to face on other platforms, doesn't happen much on Zoom. I have rarely faced such issues on Zoom, hence very much preferred when I have to take important meetings or attend important seminars.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when a lot of people try to join together, the software lags a bit and not all of us are able to join at the same time and sometimes I have also been redirected again to the home page, where I have had to join again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a very secure platform ensuring that no data is leaked in cases when we have to have an encrypted meeting. Also the recording feature hands down is the best as it helps during important sessions.

What do you dislike about the product?
slow performance sometimes, especially when opening the app or switching between its different sections. Also, the free version's time limits for meetings can be annoying, and the many features can make the setup feel a bit complicated or busy at first
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem Solved: Having to switch between a video app, a chat app, a file-sharing app, and a calendar app all day. How it Benefits Me: By putting meetings, chat, documents, and other tools in one place, I save time and can focus better. Everything related to a project is connected, so I don't lose track of notes or follow-up tasks, making my workday much smoother and more efficient.

Effortless Collaboration and Reliable Performance with Zoom Workplace
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Zoom Workplace is its ease of use and reliability when it comes to communication and collaboration. Whether I need to join a quick team huddle, participate in a larger meeting, or engage in a cross-department discussion, Zoom consistently delivers with solid video and audio quality. It’s also very straightforward to join meetings from anywhere. I value its flexibility and the range of features it offers, such as screen sharing, breakout rooms, and chat, which help make meetings more interactive and productive. Overall, Zoom saves time, keeps everyone connected, and makes remote work feel much smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect I find challenging about Zoom Workplace is that it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming. With such a wide range of features and settings, it’s easy to get lost or spend extra time trying to locate what you need. The platform also depends heavily on a stable internet connection, so even minor drops in bandwidth can cause audio glitches or video freezes, which is especially frustrating during important meetings. Additionally, updates are occasionally released at inconvenient times, requiring you to wait before you can join a call. While Zoom Workplace generally functions well, there are times when the experience is not as smooth as I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace addresses many of the everyday communication challenges that come with remote or hybrid work. It allows people in different locations to meet, share information, and stay connected, all without the usual confusion of coordinating schedules or juggling multiple tools.
Personally, I find the greatest advantage is having everything centralized—meetings, chat, collaboration, and file sharing are all in one place, so I’m not constantly switching between different apps. It also reduces miscommunication, since it’s easy to jump on a quick call or share my screen to clarify what I mean.
Another major issue it solves is saving time and eliminating the need for travel. I can join meetings from anywhere, which keeps things moving even when team members aren’t in the same place. Additionally, features like recording, transcripts, and screen sharing make collaboration smoother and help me stay organized.
In summary, Zoom Workplace removes much of the friction from daily communication and makes it easier to work efficiently with others, regardless of their location.
