Zoom provides a feature rich platform for meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to create separate windows for chat, attendees, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think about is the fact that my devices are sometimes not working in other applications after using Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to conduct training and consulting to a geographically dispersed audience.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive commands and navigation We implemented Zoom within 2 weeks of the shelter at home orders in 2020 and have been using it ever since with our ESL, GED and other adult education classes. I love the number of help videos that are readily available on the website if I have any problems. I use it everyday for about 8 different meetings and have been able to easily integrate it into our adult ed program to support teachers as well as students.
What do you dislike about the product?
innovations are hard to keep up to date with although they have all been great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with student retention due to the ease of students joining and participating in their class. It improves our performance as an organization in attaining the goals set forth by the TWC
Zoom is our preferred platform as communications consultants
What do you like best about the product?
The video presentation is clearer, more flattering, and easy to understand. The extra tools, whiteboard, breakouts, annotation, chat are all easy to use and understand. There are great scheduling delegation tools for EA's and the integration with G-suite works well. AS communications consultants we prefer to use Zoom over other platforms with our customers
What do you dislike about the product?
IF you don't stay on top of the updates, it occasionally will cause problems in a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoome makes videoconferencing easy, and provides great CC tools to help with accessibility.
Valuable, extensible product
What do you like best about the product?
Integration of phone and video conference, and wide install base; rarely do we meet with someone who needs help getting ZOOM installed, joining the meeting. Also, it was straightforward to integrate with Outlook / O365.
What do you dislike about the product?
Phone numbers made available get a lot of spam calls. A *lot.*

Simple telephony, as well as call routing / hunt groups.

Great design
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Zoom is continuously updating the platform with improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a little difficult to navigate with multiple screens and screen shares.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been great to be able to integrate zoom meeting links to our google calendars. Prevents us from having to use Google Video.

What do you like best about the product?
Its a stable video confrencing platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing and user managment. User managment has a lot of options and those continue to grow but with that come some diffulty in doing basic managment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brining remote users and clients togeter. Also creating a cloud based PBX.

Easy to use. Good video quality. Everything in one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like it when Zoom logs me out so I have to sign in again.

Remote collaboration
Excellent for small to mid-size orgs that have gone full hybrid.
What do you like best about the product?
Our team has maintained a fully hybrid office and we use Zoom meeting and phone daily. It helps keep our group connected and makes team meetings so much easier to coordinate. We also use it to help facilitate larger group meetings as part of our work. It is seemless for coordinating and managing a large number of participants.
What do you dislike about the product?
Set up for new users, especially on the phone feature, can sometimes be challenging, but with some calls to Customer Support we could figure it out.
