What do you like best about the product?
Zoom's meeting features and ease of use for non-technical employees significantly reduces our support calls and allows the business to just work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The add-on licenses are more of a pain to manage, the oauth tokens expiring without a visual aid for users who's calendars become out of sync from O365 could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly getting into a meeting with the right team regardless of internal or external usability has been refreshing. The audio is better quality and more consistent than Teams.

Pushing updates all the time that disrupts service or meetings.

Reaching technical support is difficult and hold a long time on phone

being able to communicate face to face with colleagues in other states
Zoom works great when used properly!
What do you like best about the product?
When you know how to use the product, it works exactly how it is supposed to 100% of the time. The customer service is responsive to email, and even follows up with you if you havent responded in a few days. I use it all day every day and have little complaints.
What do you dislike about the product?
For users that technology that does not come naturally to them, it can be a pain to try to explain. It could be simpler/more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great alternative to needing to meet in person. It makes it easier to schedule meetings into a busy calendar.

It allows us to effectively communicate ideas to our overseas team with ease

No issues thus far. Everything has been as expected.

We can train overseas crew in real time. It solves the distance issue and break in communication that usually comes with it

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is way easier to use than any other service out there! It is very easy to use whether you are tech savy or not. Integrates with google and Apple perfectly!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can honestly say I do not have any downsides to zoom besides the pricing.

Being able to host our seminars virtually
Video meetings are great, but Zoom phone leaves room for major improvement

Available on PC, iPhone/Android, tablets - versatile omnichannel platform use.

Zoom phone call qualities are relatively poor, especially in comparison to video meeting quality.

Not much they've been able to do to rectify poor call quality.

Internal communication
Zoom makes virtual experiences easy and efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom is now industry standard and while some updates bring a change in process, most people are able to access and participate fully.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the Zoom polling features as a substitute for taking votes in meetings, etc.

Eliminates in-person experiences and because of that, increases participation and overall increases revenue.
