Virtual meeting pro
What do you like best about the product?
The seamless connection between the host and the audience. Tje functionality of zoom is easy to use. Idont use it everyday, yet when I need to use it, it comes in handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times there is lag time durng the call but that may be due to internet speed/ connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes going back and forth through email, things can be miscontrued. For example: we were using a company to set a lien against a client. The website did not have accurate instructions on how to complete the process. We had a zoom meeting with a representative and he explained what we did right and wrong. Also, he explained going forward their aspirations with the company moving forward and simplifying the process. So after our call, we were able to get the ball rolling and meet our deadline.

It's very practical, convenient and versatile. I have no dislike about the software.

Zoom changing video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
A household name at the time of lockdown, Zoom has become synonymous with video conferencing, I think it's a very advantageous position to be in. The ease of use, the collaborative natue, the ease of integration is all advantageous. But the most defining quality iis the audio and video quality even when the internet speed is not that much, makes Zoom primary choice for video calls and company meets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support system is slow, one might even say the features and customisation option is less but I didn't fully agree with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom works when other rivals of its don't work in similar internet speed. The ease of use is solving non tech literate people as a good entry point to start learning and collaborative nature is saving time.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is one of the very few platforms that enables a person to conduct the meetings or conferences with a high number of participants with much ease. Its ease of implementation and feature of organizing the meetings in advance and share the link( that is the easiest way for someone to enter a meeting) irrespective of expertise or technical integration skills makes it a best choice. The dedicated customer support and timely action makes it one of the best platform in the market. I personally use Zoom for meetings and conferences ,and it helps me save alot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the major cons of Zoom is its probable security threats. Since it's free and easy to use , every legal and illegal organizations can use it for all kinds of purposes. Additionally, Zoom doesn't allow it's users to delete the inappropriate comment sent in live chat that may alter the concentration of participants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Zoom I can organize a realtively large crowd meetings and classes that saves me a lot of time. By using zoom I can also screen share all the materials and data in real time and record it while sharing that helps me trouble of using third party platforms.

Excellent User interface with amaizing features. Like noise cancelation.
Also very reliable and cutting edge technology. Very easy to setup and implement. Excellent user support and follow up after resolution done. I am using it daily and very much satiesfied with the product.

Integration and API support. Rest all good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workplace has excellent support team. I was facing connecting issues to specific USA calls. There was some technical glitch and they resolved it in 24 hours. Since then, it is smoth and seamless. SMS service is also very easy to use.
