its AI-powered features and its ability to consolidate multiple business tools into a single, seamless platform. This helps to streamline workflows and reduce the need to switch between different applications.

I have no complaints; everything remains just as it should be.

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of scattered communication and workflow tools by unifying meetings, chat, collaboration, and AI automation in one platform saving time, improving productivity, and enhancing team collaboration.

It is every easy to use. It is as simple as that.

Sometimes it doesn't launch right away, it freezes and crashes. But other than that it wors well most of the time

Zoom Workplace has become an essential part of our daily communication. It’s reliable, easy to use, and integrates seamlessly with calendars and scheduling tools. I especially appreciate how clear the video and audio quality are, even with multiple participants. The chat, screen sharing, and recording features make it simple to run interviews, internal meetings, and training sessions without any technical hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes updates roll out without much notice, which can briefly change the interface or settings. I’d also like to see a better way to organize recurring meetings or save custom settings per team.

It helps us stay connected between multiple office locations and remote employees. We use it daily for interviews, onboarding sessions, and team meetings. It’s streamlined communication, reduced travel time, and allowed us to stay organized and efficient, especially across companies and departments.

I find Zoom Workplace incredibly valuable for its ease of use, especially when setting up and sharing meetings. It’s simple to download and get started, which is essential for me and my team. I also appreciate the capability to share meetings via email or link, making collaboration straightforward. The integration of features like commenting within meetings and downloading transcriptions adds to its usability. Regular updates have improved the system further, making it even more user-friendly.

I really like how easy Zoom workspace makes makes it to connect and collaborate with my team. The meetings are simple to join, even if you 're not very tech-savvy and the video and audio quality is usually very reliable. I also like that you can share your screen, use chat and even organize webinar in one place. The integration with tools like calendars and file sharing saves a lot of time

When something went wrong, good luck getting help! You 'll wait forever just to talk to someone, and they usually can't solve your problem anyway.
Once you need better video quality or more features, the cost add up quickly.
Right in the middle of an important meeting , the audio cuts out or the video freezes. Super embarassing when you 're presenting to clients.

Zoom workspace makes working with my team a lot easier.It bring video calls, chat and file sharing into one simple place.So, I don't have to keep switching between different apps all day.This save me time and helps me stay organized.
It also great for remote work whether I am at home or office. I can join meetings,catch up on what I missed or chat with my teammates. Scheduling meeting is quicker and the AI features like meeting summaries and action items save me from taking so many notes.
Overall,Zoom workspace helps me communicate better,keep everyone on the same page and makes teamwork less stressful.

’ve been using Zoom for over a year in my role as a Game QA Tester at Aristocrat. It’s part of our daily routine for sprint standups, bug-review meetings, and cross-team syncs with developers and producers working remotely.
The features I depend on most are screen sharing with remote control (great for reproducing and demonstrating issues), breakout rooms for smaller QA discussions, and meeting recordings for later reference. Calendar integration makes scheduling easy, and the chat during calls helps us share quick links or screenshots without switching tools.
A few times I’ve had minor audio drops on large calls, but Zoom support responded quickly with clear troubleshooting steps. Overall, Zoom keeps our distributed QA and automation teams connected and makes collaboration at Aristocrat much smoother.

The search functionality is powerful, i am able to search across chat messages, meeting transcripts, and whiteboards at the same time. The connection is stable, the audio/video quality is crisp, and features like virtual backgrounds and polling are seamless. The integration of scheduling directly within the app improve workflow and reduced technical issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am also using the mobile version app but the mobile app experience feels bit less intuitive for the "Workplace" features compared to the desktop. sometime while sharing screen it lags but not that big issue for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it solves is information fragmentation. Before, discussions and decisions were scattered across email, a separate chat app, and meeting notes. Now, everything is logged and searchable in this app I really like how seamlessly it integrates chat, meetings, whiteboards, and even document sharing in one place. It can manage back to back meetings without switching between apps. There are lots of templates which u can use it on whiteboard while creating something.

Occasional audio or connectivity glitches still happen, and managing larger meetings can require more manual effort than expected. It’s powerful, but not perfectly streamlined.
