What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a very good platform for meetings and video conferences. I have never encountered any issues when sharing my screen or audio during a session.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is generally quite good, but at times it feels somewhat stagnant, and the design appears slightly outdated. There isn't much in the way of dynamic UI or modern design elements to improve the user experience.

Zoom Workplace solves problems of fragmented communication and collaboration in the modern hybrid workplace by providing an integrated, AI-powered platform for meetings

It has a bit of a learning curve, like figuring out how to do certain things.

I'm not aware of any problems they're solving except for long-distance communication.
User Friendly Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and I am all for a user friendly platform for our clients, especially those who are not as "tech-savvy" and I can assist them with starting a meeting with ease.

I don't think I have a dislike to post, it is a truly reliable platform.

The company I work at has employees in different states and Zoom allows us all to meet together like we are in the same office space "face-to-face"
Fast, yet simple way to connect with people.
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to use. I didn't have to contact customer support, but if I did, I am sure they would have been supportive. For a while, I used Zoom for several purposes. Simple and Reliable for Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom regularly for work meetings and webinars, and it’s been really reliable. The video and audio quality are usually clear, and it’s easy to set up or join a meeting with just a link. I like that you can share your screen, record sessions, and even use breakout rooms when needed.

The only downside is that longer meetings or larger groups sometimes require a paid plan, but overall Zoom makes staying connected and collaborating so much easier.

Zoom makes it easy to meet with people no matter where they are. Instead of worrying about travel or trying to get everyone in the same room, I can just send a link and connect right away. It saves time, cuts down on costs, and keeps projects moving without delays. The chat, screen sharing, and recording features also make it simple to share information and look back at what was discussed. Overall, it takes away the hassle of scheduling in-person meetings and makes teamwork more flexible.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with calendaring tools, productivity apps, good cross-platform support (desktop, mobile) tends to smooth workflows. People like being able to bounce between meetings, chats, and file sharing without too many separate tools.

If your connection is weak, video and audio can degrade significantly. Lag, drops, and a laggy screen-sharing experience are common complaints in these situations.
