Making Remote working easy
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to install and set up an account. Overall, the interface is straightforward to navigate, and whenever I need assistance, customer support is responsive. I started using it during the COVID period, and now it has become standard in nearly every industry because of its easy integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it becomes unresponsive and hangs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main advantage is that it saves a significant amount of time for everyone involved. You can communicate effortlessly from the comfort of your home or office, connecting with people anywhere in the world.

User friendly interface with all the required features for a perfect meeting or presentation.

As of now the only thing I do not like is it's blur feature, it can be made better.

Clear communication is one of the best feature of this app, by referring to clear communication I am talking about the quality of calls.

There is nothing I dislike about the Zoom app. I recommend it to everyone for meeting purposes.

So far, I haven't encountered any issues—everything is running smoothly.
Reliable Communications Platform, but room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Audio and streaming quality is amazing. Runs well on both laptop and iphone

Usability on phone is a bit clunky, have to deep dive into setup menus to change call queues and to get to inhouse contacts requires going in through the dial pad

Zoom Room is great for conference calls with interstate offices

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use because most people are already familiar with it and generally know how it works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I find it frustrating that you can't always join a meeting without signing in, even though it appears to give you that option when you click the link. It directs you to the Zoom link and suggests opening the app, but it doesn't always connect you directly. I've noticed that people without accounts often have trouble joining my workshops.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate having a platform that allows me to use additional tools, such as screen sharing, to enhance my workshops with visual aids for my students. This feature makes it much easier to present information in a clear and engaging way.

It's benefiting me the simplicity and professionalism.
Easy and effective
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to do video calls for interacting with coworkers for meetings as well as prospective and current customers/students is very helpful. We recently upgraded to Zoom phone as well across our university campus and as obnoxious as the changes can be in general, the switch has actually been fairly easy. I appreciate being able to make calls and check voicemails and missed calls all in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides can be mostly the concern of someone uninvited coming into a meeting and hijacking things, as has happened several years back during the pandemic, so it felt a bit slack on security back then, not sure how that's changed in recent years though. And there's inevitably going to be connection issues on one side or the other but that's not a Zoom issue, it's an internet connection issue.

Constant improvement of features and streamlining how user-friendly it is, which is helpful for our less-tech-savvy employees.
Vital for my business
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to schedule calls, whether client-initiated through my scheduler or a repeating workshop or coaching appointment scheduled through the software. The call quality is good with multiple features to enhance the client experience. I use this software almost every day and rely on it fully. The integration with my other apps is a vital part of my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no downsides to report from my experiences.

As a communication coach I need a quality platform to help my clients interact with my services. Zoom's integration with my scheduler automates client bookings and saves me a great deal of time. The ability to screen share and chat is also essential.

Some time audio quality is not so good when we are using it without headphones.
