What do you like best about the product?
Zoom offers high-quality livestreaming and is very easy to use, which makes it one of the best options available on the market. The product continues to improve itself by regular updates.

Zoom offers only 40 minutes of free time, and its paid per license. The cost per license sometimes may seem higher for individuals.

Zoom has made it possible for team members working remotely to collaborate more effectively. The platform serves as a single tool that manages a variety of use cases.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform provides strong business communication features, which makes it effective for meetings, video recording, screen sharing, screen recording, and even controlling another screen to perform various operations. I also appreciate how seamlessly it integrates with tools like MuleSoft, as this helps streamline my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, logging into the platform for business meetings can be tedious and slow, with the process often requiring me to reroute and attempt the login multiple times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for screen sharing, screen recording, and even controlling another screen to perform various operations. Sometimes, when interacting with developers, I need to demonstrate certain logic, and having screen control helps me perform the activity directly on their screen.
An amazing creation that change the way of doing meetings

I remember during Covid 19 year we started using Zoom and still now using it without any problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit expensive and it’s okay for the offices.

Well most of our other consultants use zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace primarily in education, and it makes remote teaching so much easier. The video and audio quality help create a classroom feel even when students are scattered across different locations. Features like screen sharing and breakout rooms are especially helpful for interactive lessons and group activities. I also like how simple it is for students to join a session—just a link, no complications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform uses a lot of system resources, which can be tough for students with older devices. Breakout rooms, while great for group discussions, can occasionally lag or disconnect participants if their internet isn’t stable. It would also help if the interface made advanced teaching tools a little more visible and easier to access.

It solves the challenge of keeping classes interactive through features like screen sharing for lectures and breakout rooms for group work. It also helps with accessibility—recordings let students review lessons at their own pace, and chat functions allow quieter students to participate more comfortably. Overall, it saves time, keeps everyone engaged, and makes online education feel more structured and personal.

Zoom has become a staple in our workday. I have a team that spreads across North America and the UK.
Zoom is easy to use, and the features they keep adding make calls more useful and more fun (whiteboard, avatars, etc)
We also use Zoom Webinars to host training events for our Customer Success teams. It makes it so easy to share information in a cohesive way. Speakers always find presenting simple, and sharing the recording softwares is a breeze.

Zoom tends to force updates right when we are about to join a meeting. This has made me late for important calls in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a very dispersed team so Zoom is crucial to our success. We manage to have a super collaborative and positive team environment even without being together.
We also need to share Product information to our Customer Success and Sales teams when we have updates. With Zoom, we can easily make sure everyone is aware of the changes.

Accessibility and communication with all co-workers are important aspects of any workplace. Ensuring that everyone can easily connect and share information helps create a more inclusive and effective environment.

I don't have any comments regarding dislikes about Zoom Workplace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system does not recognize the client's phone number, so it is unable to transcribe the client's responses on the loan profile.

In my experience, Zoom is not very user-friendly, and the free version also has a limit on the number of participants.

The performance of zoom is like most such as the quality of video and audio is great also the user interface is easy to understand.

The chat management and the file management feature is basic as compared to other.

It works fine across different device which makes it reliable for me to use.

It does what is required, clear video and conferencing.

Seems to constantly update, not as intuitive as more economical tools such as Google Hangouts. The mobile app can be improved as well.

Allows us to communicate broadly both internally and with 3rd party vendors as it is a widely used tool. It assists with both collaboration and productivity among big groups, but also 1 on 1 meetings too.
