Reliable for webinars and group meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Easiness of connecting many people simultaneously.
Also webinars held in zoom are always smoothly held, whatever I have attended.

Finding certain details or settings takes some time on zoom. Also some popups when trying to enter a meeting can be a bit annyoing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can easily set a call with potential client or partner company even if they are not using zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy to use, and I appreciate the features that let me turn off my camera or audio whenever necessary. I also find the help center to be quite informative and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, I have noticed the app lagging, even though I am using a high-speed internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From what I gather, one of the bugs they are currently addressing is related to the “Leave Meeting” button. Fixing this would be a huge help, as I have also experienced difficulties when trying to exit at the end of my meetings.

It has every feature you need for a meeting or webinar as both a facilitator and attendee. The features are intuitive and easy to use. In particular, breakout rooms, transcripts, and live chats are particularly important for a lot of the online events I have attended.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I particularly dislike - I prefer Zoom over most other virtual meeting platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is easy to use across different workplaces that may use "conflicting" platforms (Teams vs. Google Meet). I also attend a lot of webinars and events via Zoom, and things like presentation mode and breakout rooms can make events far more interactive and engaging.

Its seem less latency free video call session together with its easy screen share ability. Clear video and voice quality. Utilizing it daily for external client call.

It would be beneficial if the notification settings were more easily accessible and if there was a more seamless workflow process implemented.
