What do you like best about the product?
When we signed up and had access to zoom workplace, it was very simple to use, easy implementation. The best part I enjoyed using it was Mail & Calendar is synced and aso the AI notetaker!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of it was of course the cost and I could not get AI notetaker to start if using from my phone
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is saving time which is the most important aspect of what I do. I am able to save time in the note taking and get back to clients faster.

Powerful, Integrated, and Easy to Use

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is that despite having so many features (Mail, Calendar, Chat, Meetings, Phone), it doesn't feel cluttered or complicated. The interface is clean and intuitive. I can share files, have quick video huddles, use the integrated Whiteboard to brainstorm, and everything is saved and searchable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The file management system within the chat is good but not as robust as a dedicated solution like Google Drive or Dropbox. The notifications are sometime annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we've solved is context switching. I was losing productivity and information was getting scattered across multiple platforms. Now, all project-related communication from initial emails to ongoing chats and follow up video calls is centralized. The time i spend looking for old messages or files is reduced. I feels more connected and organized.

Smooth and Predictable Experience

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has all the features we need, plain and simple. It is predictable, it is intuitive, and it's non-obtrusive when working during a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there was more support for hard of hearing individuals, and more support for interpreters to be present in the meetings. A different setup, maybe picture-and-picture perhaps to attach interpreters to specific meeting members?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is used by most of our clients, so being able to use their preferred video call software without additional costs or burden on us helps us be flexible.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps me communicate with team members, helps give updates on projects, always there for when I need to talk to someone or communicate something to somebody. Excellent for tracking projects through communication and amazing for talking and getting assistance by explaining and showing the help you need with video and share screen along with annotation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I can think of that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of not communicating enough with other people in the company. Zoom allows me to meet with everybody and discuss day to day work and other projects.

What do you like best about the product?
The zoom videoconference service is the simplest and most robust of the 3 different videoconfernce services I use regularly: Zoom, Teams & Webex. Hands down Zoom is easiest. I use zoom practically every day, many days multiple times per day for meetings and webinar presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont use all the features (chat, calendar, etc)
Not because I dislike these features, but more that I have other apps and dont bother
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to stay connected with my dispersed staff
Zoom also allows me to conduct virtual training sessions and one-on-one company meetings, two key services our firm provides.

Best workplace for video conferencing

What do you like best about the product?
Creating and joining meeting is very fast in zoom workplace. Also anyone can be contacted throughout the organisation through our contact list. Recording our own sessions is also best and fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike.Only sometimes while sharing screen the computer audio doesn't get shared so we have to stop sharing and then again reshare using computer audio manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Audio video clarity lag is getting solved by zoom workplace and it is benefiting from the lag.

What do you like best about the product?
Even non-technical users say Zoom Workplace is quite simple to set up and to operate: joining calls, scheduling meetings, sharing content are fairly straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some settings or controls are not intuitive; things like managing permissions in large webinars is more steps than users expect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves fragmented communication, tedious manual tasks, and scheduling headaches by unifying chat, video, phone, and calendar tools. It boosts team alignment, saves time, reduces costs, and enables seamless remote work—all while simplifying workflows with AI-powered summaries and integrated collaboration features.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly interface with simple meeting setup and joining process.

Works across devices (desktop, mobile, tablets, and web browser).

No steep learning curve—participants can join with just a link.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there are 2 schedulings in the same time slot and you are the owner, participants can't join if the owner is in a parallel booked meeting.

Fragmented tools & app overload
Many teams use separate tools for video, chat, phone, document editing, calendars, whiteboards, etc. That leads to switching between apps, misaligned information, lost context, and inefficiencies.

Having too many tools also increases costs (subscriptions, management, training) and complicates integration and IT maintenance.

Inefficient meetings and collaboration
Meetings often lack good preparation, follow up, and actionable outcomes. Information shared in meetings (or chat) gets lost, duplicated, or not acted on.


Asynchronous work and collaboration across time zones is difficult: getting people aligned, catching up, seeing decision-points, accessing shared materials.

Wasted time on administrative / repetitive tasks

Tasks like writing meeting summaries, scheduling, following up, hunting down files, or aligning chat threads are tedious and drain time.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Zoom workplace, to host and produce webinar content, it allows to record our calls at a good quality to be used later on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use both for work Zoom and Meet, and to me Googles call service feels more intuitive and easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can use or calls as collateral to later promote on different channels

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to invite persons outside of the organization.
Easy to set up a meeting.
Connection is fair enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overseas meetings can difficult with bad connection.
Audio and video is not the best.

Organising meeting with people from different organisations, countries.
