user friendly platform for online meetings
What do you like best about the product?
zoom workplace makes virtual meetings webinars and team collaboration really easy and smooth what i like most is how simple it is use even for people who aren't very tech savvy the video and audio quality are very reliable and sharing your screen works without any hiccups it also connects well with tools like google calendar and slack so setting up and managing meetings feels effortless features like breakout rooms and the whiteboard come in handy too especially for keeping teams engaged during workshops or training sessions
What do you dislike about the product?
zoom workplace works well overall but slow updates hidden features and time limits on free group calls can be frustrating

zoom workplace solves the challenge of remote collaboration by providing a reliable platform for meetings webinars and teamwork it reduces the need for travel keeps communication seamless, and enhances productivity with features like breakout rooms whiteboarding and smooth integration with other tools
Backgrounds Make Meetings Less Stressful
What do you like best about the product?
The virtual background feature is a favorite. Working from home, I don’t always have a perfect setting. Being able to blur my background or choose a professional image makes me feel more comfortable during meetings.

Managing breakout rooms as a host isn’t always smooth. Assigning people or switching them takes too many clicks.

During unexpected events like lockdowns, Zoom solves the problem of business disruption. Teams can continue meeting, planning, and delivering work remotely. It keeps organizations operating even when physical offices are unavailable.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace has become my go-to platform for meetings and collaboration. The interface is clean, modern, and incredibly easy to navigate, which makes onboarding new users a breeze. I really appreciate how intuitive the tools are—from screen sharing and breakout rooms to chat and whiteboarding—everything feels seamless and reliable. The platform strikes a great balance between being powerful enough for professional use while staying simple enough that anyone can jump right in without a learning curve. Overall, Zoom Workplace makes virtual collaboration effortless and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only minor issue I’ve experienced, and this may not be unique to Zoom, is that when transitioning between platforms like Teams and Zoom, my camera and microphone settings occasionally get out of sync. It’s a small inconvenience compared to the overall performance, but worth noting.

What do you like best about the product?
Its really simple to use, quick to connect with team and meetings. And it runs really smooth without any issues
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes heavy system ram during calls. There are lot of updates. And sometimes the screen lags as well while using the space

Makes it simple to connect with team members anytime. It also saves a lot of travel and time
Athean Streamline Process
What do you like best about the product?
its easy to use and very user friendly. I love how quick I can make dials daily, easy to implement and learn when haven't used previously etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
No transcript options when a phone call has taken place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Caller ID is wonderful when a client calls me back when I have made other dials in between that last call.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to set up meetings with Zoom Workplace. The intuitive calendar integration allows me to effortlessly schedule meetings and send invites to participants, enhancing productivity. I also find it incredibly helpful for instant connectivity with my teams in various locations, efficiently solving communication challenges.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Zoom Workplace to offer more free usage. Currently, the free access is limited to thirty minutes if I don't have full access to the software. I would prefer if it allowed at least two hours for free.

I find Zoom Workplace solves connectivity issues with our global teams, allowing us to jump into meetings instantly, which is super helpful.

The separate windows for Chat and Q&A to filter the messages sent by attendees is a great feature!

At times, there are delays or lag during calls or the video quality just drops even if the connection is stable.

Video calls - more features and functions and the noise cancelling is better than anything

I like that zoom workplace summarizes meetings which saves time not having to take notes. This way nothing gets missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes some in the meeting sound like a robot and are not clear. I don't know if this is the wifi they have or zoom workplace itself. I also do not know how secure it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall it helps all of our staff meet virtually as we have staff all over the world. It saves money not having to fly everyone to the main headquarters to meet.
