What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace has proven to be incredibly useful, especially in urgent situations. The service is consistently reliable whenever I need it. Nearly everyone I work with already uses Zoom Workplace, which simplifies my day-to-day tasks. On average, I use Zoom about seven times a week. I appreciate having the option to use the camera or not, and as an Executive Assistant, I find myself relying on the chat features more than anything else. Honestly, I couldn't perform my job as effectively without it. Customer Service is amazing as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only concern is the criticism Zoom has received regarding its security practices. But I have not heard of any security issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace makes it easy to organize meetings on short notice. We often have to arrange several meetings each week with little advance planning, and this platform helps us pull everything together quickly and efficiently.

What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it can sometimes use a lot of internet data, which causes video or audio issues when the connection is weak. It also has many features that can feel overwhelming or confusing for new users. Updates happen often, and adjusting to new layouts or tools can take time. In larger meetings, managing participants or keeping focus can also be challenging. Overall, while it is very useful, it could be simpler and more stable at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is solving the problem of communication and collaboration across different locations. It allows people to meet, chat, and share work easily without being in the same place. This saves time, reduces travel, and keeps teams connected. For me, it makes group work, meetings, and classes more organized and efficient. I can join discussions, share ideas, and stay updated no matter where I am, which helps improve productivity and teamwork.

I use Zoom to conduct online lessons with a group of students — I am very satisfied. Video and audio quality are consistently good. There are recording and screen sharing features, which are very convenient. When I share the screen or do marks I can see otheк members

If there are many people in the group and screen sharing is actively used, it is evident that the application freezes.

it solves the problem of remote communication and learning. I don't need to be physically present in the classroom — I can teach students from different cities and even countries.

Not much to be honest, it has become the back bone of hybrid meeting.

Communication, there are a lot of times when you need to speak to a client or one of your suppliers. Email works to a certain degree but having a conversation makes it so much easier and zoom is the quickest, easiet and cheapest way to do it.
