Great for International Calls, But Free Version's Time Limit Is Frustrating
What do you like best about the product?
The Paid version allowed to make International Calls
What do you dislike about the product?
Worst thing was time limit on Unpaid version, it gave only 50mins for meeting and automatically ended the meeting abruptly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a virtual environment it helped for video conferencing and screen sharing but the Basic version had time limit which was very frustrating

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace offers a smooth integration of Zoom's top-tier video and meeting capabilities. It has seamlesly integrated with application like Microsoft Outlook calendar. This has been helping in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our communication, meetings, and collaborative efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is not very intuitive, as I found myself spending quite a bit of time navigating the settings, such as configuring notifications and setting up the application to call directly for scheduled meetings instead of joining them manually. Even figuring out how to use a basic feature like raising my hand during a meeting took me some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has proven to be valuable for scheduling meetings with both internal and external customers. It also enables recording of meetings for internal reference, which I find quite convenient. Another feature I appreciate is the meeting summary that is automatically sent out via email after each session. This is particularly helpful, as it removes the need for manual note-taking during meetings, and the summaries are always clear and concise. The live chat function during meetings is easy to use, and the screen sharing feature is also highly effective.
Stable Virtual Office with Smooth Setup, but Recording Processing Could Be Faster
What do you like best about the product?
Its a virtual office solution that feels stable and easy to use. We are using it daily and I have used it from numerous countries without any issues. Had really easy implementation path and calling being avilable straight from the mobile app is a great addtion of feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes time to process the recorded session, there should be an option to process the recording right after we are done recording it and the session is still in place, that way we would not have to wait for the file to process after ending and leaving the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a workforce which is distrubuted across the whole world. I personally travel a lot to procure machinery and material for the company and thus we needed a virtual office space and zoom solves that problem for us.

It is easy to download and use. Quality is there. I have never had a "hiccup".

I like everything so far. What is there to dislike when things work? LOL

I really like how Zoom Workplace makes collaboration seamless with its reliable video quality, easy screen sharing, and integration of chat, meetings, and whiteboards, all in one place.

Sometimes meetings can experience connectivity or audio lag issues, and managing multiple chats or channels can feel a bit cluttered at times.

Zoom Workplace solves the challenge of remote collaboration by providing a reliable platform for meetings, chats, and teamwork. It helps me stay connected with colleagues, improves communication efficiency, and makes hybrid work much smoother.
Breakout Rooms Make Remote Testing Easy, Just Wish for More Background Options
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can have multiple break out rooms, this helps me in my job where I run a testing center and when I do remote testing, zoom allows me to set each person in a room alone which works since they have to share their screen with me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is really anything that I dislike about it. I wish there were more background options but other than that, it it does what Teams does.

Zoom allows me to monitor multiple people testing at the same time as long as I just need to monitor their surroundings.

I appreciate Zoom Workplace for its straightforward setup process, which is both easy and user-friendly, allowing seamless access right from the start. Its ability to keep me connected with colleagues and classmates, irrespective of location or time zone, is invaluable. The visual communication feature provides a sense of presence and connection, making it feel as though we're in the same room. Moreover, Zoom Workplace stands out for its adaptability and the ease with which anyone can use and navigate it, from account creation to hosting meetings and sharing screens. These user-friendly aspects and its superior connectivity features make it the best communication platform we've used, and it's why I would rate it a perfect ten for recommendation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the time limit on the free version of Zoom Workplace to be too short. The current limit of forty to forty-five minutes often feels insufficient for conducting meetings, and it would be beneficial if this could be extended to an hour.
