What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Zoom for many years now and it helps our remote company stay connected

Sometimes the image enhancement is a bit too much, but otherwise there's nothing to complain about.

It helps my team stay connected through the week, no matter where we are. It's easy and everyone knows how to use it.

I like that Zoom Workplace offers a very user-friendly interface and reliable video quality. Meetings are easy to schedule, join, and manage, even for large groups. It’s great for remote collaboration and communication.

Sometimes the platform uses a lot of system resources, which can slow down performance during long meetings. Apart from that, it works really well overall.

Zoom Workplace helps solve the problem of communication gaps in remote and hybrid teams. It brings meetings, chat, and collaboration tools together in one platform, making it easier to stay connected and productive from anywhere. It saves time and improves teamwork.

I like the AI-notes and communication features outside of a live video call.

Too many features I don't use. An option to checkmark select their visibility would be great.

Great Cross-Platform App, But Customer Support Disappoints
What do you like best about the product?
They provide an app for every different OS, including Mac, Windows, iOS, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their support is beyond terrible. They do not care et all if the system is working or not. If it is, they never apologize. They never refund us when we had a massive issue with their system. Their reps are soulless. The CEO doesn't care as well.

Their video software is robust and it's nice that phone is included with the solution, but the support is awful.

Additionally, the chat and file-sharing experience could be more tightly integrated to match the smoothness of dedicated communication platforms. Occasional updates also require restarting the application, which can interrupt workflow during a busy day.
