What I like best about Zoom Workplace is its reliability and ease of use across different collaboration modes — meetings, chat, and phone. It keeps teams seamlessly connected, whether remote or hybrid.

Occasionally, the interface feels cluttered with too many options visible at once. Simplifying or personalizing the workspace layout would help streamline daily use.

What do you like best about the product?
I really value how user-friendly Zoom Workplace is, and I’ve found that it operates seamlessly for both meetings and classes. The audio and video quality are generally clear, which makes communication easy and effective. I also find the screen sharing and recording features particularly useful for collaborating with others and for reviewing information later on. All in all, it saves me a lot of time and helps me remain organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, it takes a little longer to join a meeting, and the connection may lag, particularly when there are many participants. Additionally, some settings are not immediately visible and can be difficult to locate. I think it would be much better if the interface were more streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace allows me to communicate and collaborate with others, even when we are not in the same place. It makes it easy to run meetings, hold online classes, and share files or screens instantly. This helps save travel time and ensures everyone stays connected, enabling me to work more efficiently from anywhere. I also appreciate the option to record important discussions, as it lets me review them later and improves both my productivity and organization.

Performance can drop in areas with weaker internet connectivity, which can affect meetings or screen sharing. It would be great if Zoom optimized bandwidth usage even more.

It solves the problem of staying connected with colleagues while working remotely. With features like video meetings, chat, and whiteboards, it helps our team collaborate smoothly without needing multiple tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I am using zoom workplace for more than 5 years daily and it has been a wonderful experience. It has very easy to use meetings platform which has chat, phone and whiteboard features. Recent addition of AI features really steps up the game.
What do you dislike about the product?
It a little bit costly for small business and customer support can take some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyday meetings schedule and recording is nightmare for me. Zoom helped me a lot. Its AI companion is the best. I use it for summarize meetings and draf follow ups.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Zoom Workplace has been great for remote communication in our workplace, handling everything from town halls to team meetings with minimal drops in audio and video quality. It's incredibly flexible, making it easy to adapt to our needs. The intuitive setup process stood out, allowing me to get everything up and running without any deep searching into the software. I find it solves the critical issue of maintaining communication in a fully remote work environment, helping us collaborate effectively and feel part of a community. Additionally, the price point is reasonable, and the quality of customer support is reassuring.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of any major dislikes about Zoom Workplace. Perhaps the design or the color scheme could be made more energetic and happy.
