Streamlines Team Collaboration with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom Workplace's ease of use and reliability. The intuitive interface makes scheduling and joining meetings hassle-free. I appreciate features like screen sharing, recording, and breakout rooms, which make meetings more interactive and productive. The audio and video quality are generally stable, even with moderate internet connectivity, which is very important for smooth communication. From an HR perspective, it’s especially helpful for conducting interviews and coordinating with multiple stakeholders efficiently. Overall, it provides a seamless and professional virtual meeting experience. I also find the integration with tools like Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook helpful for scheduling and managing meetings efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom Workplace is overall very reliable, there are a few areas that could be improved. At times, minor connectivity issues or lags can occur during longer meetings, especially with unstable internet, which can affect the flow of discussion. The time limitation in the free version can also be restrictive for longer meetings or interviews. Additionally, managing large meetings can sometimes feel slightly complex for new users, especially when handling multiple participants, breakout rooms, or settings. Improving stability in low-bandwidth conditions and simplifying some advanced features would make the overall experience even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to eliminate communication gaps, enabling remote and hybrid meetings, interviews, and collaborations. It saves time by allowing virtual interactions and solves coordination challenges with features like screen sharing and chat, ensuring efficient and structured processes in HR tasks.
Great Integrations, but Feature Overload Can Be Overwhelming
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly liked the integrations between meetings, chat and whiteboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of features are sometimes overwhelming..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are mostly using it for internal meetinfs.
Great for Collaboration, but Initial Setup Can Be Tedious
What do you like best about the product?
I use zoom on a very regular basis for connecting with the folks of my organization. The best features of zoom is obviously how we can integrate it with other softwares. Collaborate together and also, in call messaging and marker are two of the best things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, I believe the initial verification for opening the first zoom call is a tedious process and also I have to be careful about my microphone getting muted and unmuted at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use zoom for all the official collaborations that we have with US folks and also with some foreign customers. Due to a mutual understanding, we prefer zoom over other alternatives
Easy Meeting Tool with Great Calendar Integration and Fun Features
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use for all meetings. The integration of it to the calendar, may it be Outlook, Gmail. It has a couple of features especially the background! Fun and interactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really cannot say anything bad right now - though it could have been better if the free use will be extended to an hour instead of 40-minutes. But hey! who am I to complain - we can always restart the session!

it is the best meeting software where our team can all schedule meetings which benefits a lot earlier its meetings overload causes problems but now its too good

What do you like best about the product?
easier for meeting, many software applications are designed with ease of implementation in mind, allowing for straightforward deployment and management, easy and very helpful customer service, I use this daily with no problem, it has a very good video features that I love, By connecting a marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot) with a CRM (e.g., Salesforce), leads can be automatically routed to sales once they reach a specific score. This integration ensures sales teams receive enriched data, such as job titles and engagement history, for more effective outreach

Easy Meeting Access and Fun Backgrounds, but Frustrating Time Limits and Connectivity Issues
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to join meetings and share links with other users. Applying background effects, including animations and blur, is also straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a time limit, and even when I have a high-speed broadband connection, I sometimes can't use video and audio at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to share my screen and conduct remote training sessions with ease. The audio remains clear even when I am sharing my screen, which is a big advantage. This has been really helpful in training new trainees.
Seamless Global Collaboration with Zoom Workplace
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Zoom Workplace allows us to work from anywhere and collaborate globally. Its user interface is exceptionally clean, which makes navigation a breeze. I'm also impressed by its auto-scaling features for both shared and video images, which outperform other platforms, and the superior green screen functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the integration with the Outlook calendar lacking, as it currently has a join function that redirects people to a team session, which is confusing. I also feel that the general integration with the Outlook calendar is a bit wonky. Additionally, I would like the capability to store Zoom recordings directly to Teams for easier access and organization.

Zoom Workplace allows global collaboration, remote work flexibility, and provides virtual tools like annotations for engineers, improving teamwork and communication.
