Zoom Workplace is Wonderful
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to coordinate and plan all of my meetings in one centralized interface and access/share recordings very easily. It also integrates very nicely into my Outlook for easy scheduling. The AI capabilities with notes is also industry leading in my view which helps to organize and consolidate from meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall like the tool a lot. The only item may be integration into some of the Office suite is a bit clunky sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping communications and meetings be streamlined and ultimately helping to make the sales cycle easier and more streamlined for quicker close times.
Seamless Integration, Effortless Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Zoom Workplace integrates with my email, allowing me to set up calendar invites with my personal Zoom Workplace room already integrated. I love the way it connects my personal meeting room directly to my company and seamlessly integrates with my calendar so every invite I send automatically includes my personal meeting room. The integration with other platforms like Circle Back is also great, especially for the AI notetaking feature that joins all my meetings and keeps notes. The initial setup was very simple for our entire organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had the ability to allow other team members to start meetings in my personal meeting room, that would be great in case I can’t join a meeting that I have set up. Currently when I set up a meeting, I can’t have anyone else start that meeting if it’s on my personal meeting room. So if I’m unable to join the meeting, the meeting cannot be started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to easily set up meetings with internal team members and clients. Its integration with my email and calendar simplifies calendar invites and ensures my personal meeting room is automatically included. The Circle Back integration helps with AI notetaking during meetings.
Transformative Tool for Content Writers
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Zoom Workplace was a game changer for my business. It helped me take notes and record meetings with clients, which I can refer to again and again. This feature gives me a better experience because I don't have to keep following up with clients, as I have all the data saved in my recordings. Using Zoom Workplace makes it very easy to conduct interviews with clients for content writing and digital marketing. I also appreciate that it's straightforward to set up on my MacBook; the app download process is very easy-peasy, without any hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I see that in the free part, the intro of forty minutes can be increased to sixty minutes or maybe ninety minutes because, you know, people should experience Zoom, and I think forty minutes is not enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Zoom Workplace a game changer for my business, especially during COVID. It aids in client communication, lets me record sessions, and eliminates the need for constant follow-ups by allowing me to reference recordings anytime.

What is most valuable?
The best feature in Zoom Workplace Business is the stability of the audio. The audio remains connected without any interruptions over Wi-Fi. Additionally, there is the recently added transcription feature, which provides specific benefits. During English-language meetings, when it is difficult to catch what is being said, I can read the English text, which makes it much easier to understand.
Zoom Workplace Business has a positive impact on our company in terms of video functionality. We hardly ever use video, but we use it when sharing PowerPoint presentations. Sharing PowerPoint has changed work efficiency and communication, as there is a significant advantage in being able to have conversations based on the same document.
What needs improvement?
I would like the price to be a bit lower. Besides pricing, there are no other points I would like to see improved.

The multiple features integrated into the app are useful, even if you’re on the basic plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
The length of the Basic plan feels too short. A 1-hour duration would be more ideal.

Zoom helps multiple organizations by adding real value to their productivity, and it saves the lives of many professionals like me. Before and during COVID-19, Zoom became a daily partner in my professional life. Honestly, I think it’s the best.
Widely Recognized, Needs App for Full Potential

I find Zoom Workplace easy for meetings because everyone knows Zoom, especially since 2020. I appreciate the background effects feature and the new AI feature that provides summaries and helps with meetings. I also value the ability to record meetings. It's widely available and known, which made switching from Google Meet to Zoom easy for us. The initial setup was pretty easy too; you just log in, pay, and you're ready to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that most features need the app to download. Maybe if you're using it from a web browser, it's not as useful. Sometimes it takes a while to load. And it's heavy in resources, especially using Linux.

I use Zoom Workplace for home office meetings, and it helps with background effects and AI summaries. It's easy to conduct meetings since everyone knows Zoom, though using the app is needed for full benefits.

I like you, workplace best for it seamless video and audio quality during customer service calls which helps me connect clearly with the client even on spotty internet. The intuitive interface and easy screen sharing make it simple to demonstrate processes or share notes in real time. Team huddle are genpact. Breakout room are also a stand out for handling multiple customer queries without chaos.

Occasional connectivity, glitches during peak hours, disrupt customer calls and the free version limit meeting times too much for extended Genpact shifts.

This benefits me by reducing miss communication during hybrid shifts, speeding up issue resolution and improving client satisfaction through clear demonstration and team huddle.
