IS IT MAKING IT EASIER FOR PATIENT WILL LESS TRANSPORTATION.
Zoom is okay as a tool but not for ll regulated sectors
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom had almost everything we needed internally as a communication tool. We were using it daily basis with no issues at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
New feature request was added to the pipeline and took probably too much time to be released. Data Privacy was our number one concern. Some data can be accessed under US law and this is not ok at all!!!!!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using Zoom for our dailys, for our business videocall scheduling, for internal messaging, internal meetings, screen sharings, these was used daily.

I appreciate how Effortless makes meetings smoother with its clear video quality, reliable connection, and helpful AI features like summaries, agendas, and action items after each meeting. These tools really help save time and keep everything organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of the cluttered interface, the way apps tend to overlap, and the occasional connectivity issues. The analytics are somewhat limited, and many important features are only available in the more expensive tiers. Additionally, the telephony reliability for enterprises can be inconsistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace has been helpful to me by addressing several needs, such as emailing clients, video conferencing, using the AI Writing Assistant, and sharing my screen.
A reliable and seamless collaboration platform for hybrid teams
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace provides a remarkably seamless and user-friendly experience for virtual meetings, team collaboration, and webinars. Its interface is clean, straightforward to use, and filled with intelligent productivity features such as breakout rooms, cloud recording, integrated whiteboards, and calendar synchronization. I particularly value the platform's stability, even when hosting large numbers of participants, as well as the AI-driven tools that make meeting summaries and follow-up management effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the platform delivers excellent performance overall, I have noticed that the desktop client can become somewhat sluggish when both screen sharing and recording are used at the same time, particularly on less powerful computers. Furthermore, it would be beneficial if certain advanced analytics and administrative features were more readily available in the base plan, as this would better support small teams and startups aiming for gradual growth.

Zoom Workplace has greatly streamlined our communication and collaboration processes. It addresses several business challenges simultaneously, such as managing hybrid team schedules, hosting secure client demos, and conducting internal sprint reviews. The integrated AI Meeting Assistants have eliminated the need for manual note-taking and discussion summaries. Additionally, the unified calendar and messaging tools minimize the need to switch between different platforms, helping everyone stay on the same page. Overall, Zoom Workplace has enabled us to centralize team collaboration, save hours each week, and significantly enhance meeting efficiency.

Zoom Workplace has been instrumental in delivering Cyber Ubuntu workshops across Brakpan. Its intuitive interface and reliable video quality allow me to host interactive sessions with youth and adults—even in areas with limited connectivity. Features like breakout rooms and screen sharing help me create safe, engaging learning environments where participants can explore cybersecurity fundamentals and digital literacy. Zoom’s accessibility empowers me to bridge the digital divide and foster trust in technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom Workplace is generally reliable, occasional connectivity issues and audio lag can disrupt sessions—especially in low-bandwidth areas. I’d also appreciate more localized support and training resources tailored to African community contexts, which would help scale outreach efforts more effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Zoom, our community tech workshops were constrained by physical space, scheduling conflicts, and limited reach. Zoom Workplace solves these barriers by enabling remote delivery of cybersecurity education, certification prep, and mentorship. It allows us to collaborate across locations, engage more learners, and maintain continuity in our programs. For underserved communities, this means consistent access to digital literacy and career-building resources—regardless of geography.
Zoom Meeting Review (My personal opinion)
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and has a nice clear very user friendly interface. Allows easy renaming and peer to peer chat during the meeting, I mean a user can text publically to all members in the meeting or he can just send it to a single individual as he wishes, that is the best part of the ZOOM workplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well the feature of an user being able to rename himself at anytime is the one that makes it the worst platform. During many of my online sessions I faces cases where random people joined or many time the candidates just join and rename themselves to anyone or anything and starts creating a scene. This thing caused me a lot of trouble during my online study sessions, later I switched to Google meet and haven't got any chance to get back to ZOOM as I find it very easy and comfortable to use.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Problem I faced that I mentioned in the earlier section made me quit ZOOM, and I wish to get back to it, but all my work or meetings are being carried out over the Google Meet and mainly on the Microsoft teams. I do wanna get back to ZOOM personally.
Solid platform that could do with simplifying in places
What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration across zoom for communication and collaboration tools, such as meetings, chat, whiteboards and scheduling. It helps a lot in hybrid work environments which is appreciated as my team are spread out across the country and can’t always be fully in person or fully remote. Interface is reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels like the features do overlap a bit, and can feel overwhelming for new users and particularly those who are more used to Microsoft Teams. A more simplified interface would be useful. Camera settings can often be strange, zoomed in and lower quality than Teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solve challenges with hybrid working; it brings all the tools together into one platform and reduces the need to switch between multiple applications. It’s helpful that it supplies meeting summaries through AI tools too.

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how smooth and reliable it feels during meetings. The video and audio quality are consistently good, even with multiple participants.

For those new to Zoom Workplace, the platform can feel overwhelming, as it combines a wide range of features—many of which are seldom used—resulting in an interface that appears unnecessarily complex.

oom Workplace helps reduce the hassle of juggling too many different apps for meetings, chats, and file sharing. Having everything—video calls, chat, whiteboard, and follow-up notes—under one platform keeps my work more organized.
