What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace has become an indispensable tool in my daily workflow. I especially appreciate the new AI-powered Notes feature, which automatically summarizes meetings and helps me keep track of action items. The calendar integration is smooth, allowing me to schedule, join, and follow up on meetings without needing to switch between different applications. Video and voice quality are consistently excellent, even when there are many participants. Overall, it’s fast, dependable, and user-friendly for both internal and external meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s very little to complain about. Sometimes, after longer meetings, it takes a short while for the AI summaries to show up, but in general, the experience remains smooth and reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace has made it much easier for my team to communicate and collaborate efficiently. With video meetings, chat, notes, and calendar integrations all available in a single platform, we no longer have to juggle different tools. The AI-powered note-taking and meeting summaries are especially helpful, saving us time and making sure important details are always captured. Additionally, the dependable video and voice quality greatly enhance our remote collaboration experience.
Zoom is easy to use and adaptable to all environments, stable on mobile devices.

occasionally hangs, overall works well for me.

Cloud based Zoom is very helpful as we don't need to install it on the device.

The web application is easy to use and very intuitive.

The mobile application is not that easy to use, especially when you are on a video call or something similar. Additionally, linking accounts or creating a new one involves too many steps and the process becomes complicated.

It becomes tedious when clients don't have Zoom accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
The options it has for making the meetings something easy and appropriated. The features ir has are great, and adding the IA transcript is a good tool to have a summary of our meetings.

Everything is good for me now. The interface and how easy is to use it

Zoom helps us to have meetings with people from other cities or countries, instead of having a meeting with in house workers only.

Some tools still feel separate, rather than fully integrated, and occasional glitches or update issues can interrupt meetings.
