It has been a pleasure to use Zoom - super easy to use and doesn't have any generational gap, so I can use it with my closest boomer

What do you like best about the product?
There are many things that i like about zoom workspace but i would like to start with the easiness of connectivity it offers. A single link that allows multiple users to join the discussion. Integrating the zoom application is the easiest thing. Customer support has been very helpful in case there are any queries. Implementing it is very easy as you have to just login with your email id you can sign in as a guest as well.

The zoom workplace can be a little more user friendly. Although it has multiple features but a screen recorder would make it a bigger success

There is nothing there to dislike or bad about zoom workplace. It serves every user well according to their need. But there is always scope of improvement.

Best thing according to me which is solved by using this is you get a platform where you get all in one kind of thing. So because of this specification it helps in becoming more productive in whatever field you're using it for.

Integration into google calendar, creation reusable meeting links, add attendee ad-hoc

I lack of captions, also in mobile version sometimes it is hard to find some features

I provide a lot of meetings using it, having the AI assitant helps me for Meeting Notes preparation. Also with record it is much easier to prepare some training materials.

Sometimes updates roll out without much notice, which can briefly change the interface or settings. I’d also like to see a better way to organize recurring meetings or save custom settings per team.

When something went wrong, good luck getting help! You 'll wait forever just to talk to someone, and they usually can't solve your problem anyway.
Once you need better video quality or more features, the cost add up quickly.
Right in the middle of an important meeting , the audio cuts out or the video freezes. Super embarassing when you 're presenting to clients.

Zoom workspace makes working with my team a lot easier.It bring video calls, chat and file sharing into one simple place.So, I don't have to keep switching between different apps all day.This save me time and helps me stay organized.
It also great for remote work whether I am at home or office. I can join meetings,catch up on what I missed or chat with my teammates. Scheduling meeting is quicker and the AI features like meeting summaries and action items save me from taking so many notes.
