Astonishing remote room ever
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the integration of everything, the chats, that you´re allow to share docs at anytime, to create mini rooms to be in a VIP area, digital dashboards, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don´t like, sometimes the connection get lost even if you have a perfect internet, like 3000 megabytes or something like that, so you gotta go out of the meeting for a while and come back to get stablished.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe the productivity, cause brings to the table a good solutions for those people who works mosf of the time remotely, so they can just keep working in a room with their peers and sharing ideas, projects, etc, and don´t waste a bunch of time sending emails and waiting for its reply, basically is the main benefit.

It makes it really easy to connect with coworkers that may be fully remote.

I really enjoy zoom workplace. I don't have any concerns with the tool.

What I like bout zoom is that everything is united, integrated in themeetings, chats with your teams, also allows you to share docs, either mini rooms to present internal projects or interviews if needed

You must have a full internet connection cause sometimes It get lots easily,additionally limited tools if you don't have a premium plan, but at the end of the day it covers all your basic needs and is amazing

What do you like best about the product?
Users like Zoom Workplace best for its user-friendliness, reliability, and the comprehensive suite of integrated communication. I would say I really liked Zoom for daily use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The video sometimes stuttered, even if the speed is decent, and I have to rejoin to fix that.

People use it for work meetings, school classes, and even catching up with friends

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a very good platform for meetings and video conferences. I have never encountered any issues when sharing my screen or audio during a session.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is generally quite good, but at times it feels somewhat stagnant, and the design appears slightly outdated. There isn't much in the way of dynamic UI or modern design elements to improve the user experience.

Easily organize pre-scheduled meetings with multiple participants using meeting management tools and smart meeting summaries. The platform also works well for more informal or brief meetings.

It's easy to use and has a good interface, with chat in case oral conversation falls flat.

It has a bit of a learning curve, like figuring out how to do certain things.

User Friendly Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and I am all for a user friendly platform for our clients, especially those who are not as "tech-savvy" and I can assist them with starting a meeting with ease.

I don't think I have a dislike to post, it is a truly reliable platform.

The company I work at has employees in different states and Zoom allows us all to meet together like we are in the same office space "face-to-face"

It was easy to use. I didn't have to contact customer support, but if I did, I am sure they would have been supportive. For a while, I used Zoom for several purposes.
