Simple and Reliable for Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom regularly for work meetings and webinars, and it’s been really reliable. The video and audio quality are usually clear, and it’s easy to set up or join a meeting with just a link. I like that you can share your screen, record sessions, and even use breakout rooms when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that longer meetings or larger groups sometimes require a paid plan, but overall Zoom makes staying connected and collaborating so much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it easy to meet with people no matter where they are. Instead of worrying about travel or trying to get everyone in the same room, I can just send a link and connect right away. It saves time, cuts down on costs, and keeps projects moving without delays. The chat, screen sharing, and recording features also make it simple to share information and look back at what was discussed. Overall, it takes away the hassle of scheduling in-person meetings and makes teamwork more flexible.

If your connection is weak, video and audio can degrade significantly. Lag, drops, and a laggy screen-sharing experience are common complaints in these situations.

It is very easy to install and set up an account. Overall, the interface is straightforward to navigate, and whenever I need assistance, customer support is responsive. I started using it during the COVID period, and now it has become standard in nearly every industry because of its easy integration.

Sometimes it becomes unresponsive and hangs.

The main advantage is that it saves a significant amount of time for everyone involved. You can communicate effortlessly from the comfort of your home or office, connecting with people anywhere in the world.

Reliable Communications Platform, but room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Audio and streaming quality is amazing. Runs well on both laptop and iphone

Usability on phone is a bit clunky, have to deep dive into setup menus to change call queues and to get to inhouse contacts requires going in through the dial pad

It's easy to use because most people are already familiar with it and generally know how it works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I find it frustrating that you can't always join a meeting without signing in, even though it appears to give you that option when you click the link. It directs you to the Zoom link and suggests opening the app, but it doesn't always connect you directly. I've noticed that people without accounts often have trouble joining my workshops.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate having a platform that allows me to use additional tools, such as screen sharing, to enhance my workshops with visual aids for my students. This feature makes it much easier to present information in a clear and engaging way.
