Comprehensive suite of tools that integrate communication
What do you like best about the product?
I have a virtual estate planning business, so I appreciate the high-quality video and audio ensure clear communication during virtual client consultations. I also appreciate sessions can be recorded for future reference, ensuring accurate records of client interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are variations between the desktop and mobile interfaces and that can be confusing and hinder seamless use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to switch between devices and platforms and that makes it easy to stay connected, whether in the office or remotely.

Very easy and convenient to use for work calls
What do you like best about the product?
I like zoom workplace because it's easy to use and find the information you need, you can also connect to transcription apps like chorus which ensures we don't miss any details
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are bugs when it comes to the chorus integration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the issue of not being able to meet in person, therefore allowing us to sell our product virtually
Setting up phone queues still seems incredibly difficult.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule a meeting in Outlook.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot search through my phone history for a phone number that has called me before. It's also difficult to saved frequent contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can't say that's it's solving any issues for me.
Preferred video conferencing software
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of the platform. I find some of the other products to not be as intuitive. I have also never had an technical issues while using Zoom. I.e. problems with video quality, issues opening the program, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The floating meeting controls can be extremely annoying. I wish there was a way to reduce the size of it or maybe remove certain buttons that I never use from the control bar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our use case is pretty generic. We are using it for video conferencing and screensharing. Without it, we would not be able to collaborate as easy.
Collaboration simplified
What do you like best about the product?
I like the collaborative feel of the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found any dislikes. It meets our needs.

Allows us to communicate with our vendors, board members, & staff who are remote.
Provides additional sharing capbilities for third party and non-organizational groups.

Ability to have non-team interactions with outside parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
In ability to share multiple screens easily.

Allows large group (>300) of Board members to use and share at the same time.
Extra Ordinary Features of Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
By connect the Peoples all over the World with the High Quality of Voice and Video. Its easy to use and learn. Even i have used the Chat Support to get the resolution on time. Maximum time i have got the information from AI without moving to Live Agent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Voice splits sometimes, this maybe due to some Internet Issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reminds me prior when any of my meeting will coming soon with Proper Notification in case if i am offline.

What do you like best about the product?
Aka a big language model, I cannot have specific preferences. Users enjoyed the simple to use interface and combined chat, video conferencing and file sharing into a single platform to optimize the communication and teamwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
Self-being being Zoom Workplace a huge model, I can't dislike anything, but users say that the lack of in-person cues and a loaded interface makes Zoom Workplace seem like a tiresome place to be. This could make integrations with other tools faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication is improved on Zoom Workspace with chat, video calls, and file sharing in one place. This makes collaboration easier and at the same time saves me time from having to switch apps to the other ones just to work smoothly and effectively.
Switching to zoom has cut my time spent on troubleshooting

Love the ai features. I no longer have to take notes during meetings.

So far I have no complaints. Except the text message approval process has been a nightmare
