Easy-to-Use Conferencing for Client Meetings, Demos, and Shareable Recordings
What do you like best about the product?
This is very easy to use conferencing software, which greatly helps in conducting the client meetings to discuss about the projects and give demos. We mostly use it to conduct the client meetings, interviews and training. All these recordings can be saved and shared along with the meeting notes.

Reliable and User-Friendly, But Needs Pricing and UI Tweaks
What do you like best about the product?
I like how effortless Zoom Workplace is to use. Starting or joining a meeting just takes a click, and the audio and video quality are usually reliable. I also appreciate the built-in tools like screen sharing, chat, and recordings. Screen sharing helps a lot when explaining ideas or walking someone through a document or presentation in real-time, avoiding confusion and saving time. Chat is useful for quick questions, sharing links, or following up during meetings without interrupting the conversation. Recordings are especially valuable because they let people revisit discussions later or catch up if they couldn't attend live. The initial setup was quick and straightforward, with signing up and connecting calendars taking just a few minutes. My team switched to it because we needed a more reliable and user-friendly solution for meetings, better collaboration features, and easier scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface feels a bit cluttered, especially with so many features packed in. Pricing can also get expensive as you move to higher plans and occasional audio or connection issues can still happen in poor network conditions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to stay connected with remote colleagues, avoiding scheduling confusion and technical issues. It consolidates meetings, chat, screen sharing, and recordings on one platform, enhancing clarity and reducing miscommunications.

I love that with Zoom Workplace, not only can you chat with people in a meeting but also in a chat room, which just makes communication so easy. I can quickly get in contact with anyone needed. Many people can be in a call at once to handle business in an orderly fashion. Zoom Workplace allowed more organization, which my team needed. The initial setup was very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs noticeable reminders when joining a meeting to connect the audio so that it doesn't seem to be any difficulties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace allows many people to join a call simultaneously in an orderly fashion. I love the easy communication it offers through in-meeting chat and chat rooms, and it provides more organization that my team needed.
Zoom: User-Friendly, Reliable Meetings with Seamless Screen Sharing & Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is one of the best software i have used so far when it comes to ease of use and user friendly UI. One of the best software to screen share while in a meeting. It allows integration with many other softwares which makes it very versatile to use.
As i use zoom almost every day, it never disappointed me and i never felt it was lagging or showed some weird behaviour during the meetings.
As i use zoom almost every day, it never disappointed me and i never felt it was lagging or showed some weird behaviour during the meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should provide some UI designs or templates so a user would not feel bored of seeing it and using it everyday. Few customization options would be great for engaging users more with the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- As it allows integration with most of the platforms, there are lots of benefits of using the zoom platform with other softwares.
- It's screen share feature is hands down the starplayer for me as it allow solving the users problems seamlessly.
- It never lags or hangs while we use it daily for our meetings and gives a sense of reliability.
- Also when screen sharing, it allows to use marker/highlighter to highlight something important on other person's screen.

Seamless Meetings + Powerful Whiteboard: Easy to Use with Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
It has a lot of the same features as Microsoft Teams, but the creative and productivity tools are much better. The whiteboard feature, in particular, and how seamlessly it integrates with the meeting software have been a great help. Everything is also very easy to use. Implementation took some time, but it wasn’t too complicated. Support was great throughout the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I liked many of the AI integrations, but some of the summary elements and AI suggestions were a bit wonky at times. It did get better over time, though. I think it’s important to review anything the AI writes or suggests, because the meaning can sometimes be misinterpreted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many apps across the department, from Slack and Teams to Figma and Canva to Google Meet and Zoom, so the goal with Zoom Workplace was to merge many of these into one platform where everyone had visibility and there was less work in a silo.
Reliable Communication, Comprehensive Features
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Zoom Workplace for its reliability and ease of use, even with a large number of participants. The video and audio quality remain very stable. I especially appreciate the 'Screen Sharing' feature that allows me to give live demonstrations and presentations, ensuring everyone is on the same page. The 'Breakout Rooms' are also extremely valuable for splitting into smaller groups for brainstorming or focused discussions, making virtual collaboration feel organized and interactive. The capability to record meetings directly to the cloud, along with the integrated chat system, makes Zoom Workplace a complete workspace for professional communication. Its stable connection, even on slower networks, ensures my work remains uninterrupted.
What do you dislike about the product?
One major drawback is the 40-minute time limit on the free version, which often interrupts longer meetings and can be frustrating. Additionally, Zoom Workplace can be quite heavy on system resources (CPU and RAM), sometimes causing older computers to slow down or overheat during long calls. I also feel that the user interface can get cluttered with too many icons and settings, making it a bit overwhelming for first-time users. Improving the desktop app's performance and simplifying the settings menu would be a great upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves the distance issue, allowing global collaboration without travel costs. It prevents miscommunication with screen-sharing and cloud-recording, and stays stable even on slow networks, keeping work smooth and uninterrupted.
Zoom Workspace: Great Webinars, Attendance Reports, and Shareable Recordings
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been a Zoom workspace user for a couple of years now, and it has been great. We use it for regular consulting and service meetings, bi-weekly product demo webinars, and other online sessions. We really like its attendance reports in webinars, it’s quite helpful for retargeting and following up. The recordings are great to share with those who couldn’t attend and even publish on YouTube or website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now, it’s working alright so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I said earlier, we use it to schedule product demo session, consulting calls, informative webinars, and more. And it’s been useful.
Streamlined Platform with Top-Quality Audio/Video
What do you like best about the product?
I find the Workspaces tab in Zoom Workplace really useful for allowing employees to reserve desks, manage visitors, and use digital signage. I appreciate the Zoom Rooms features like 'smart name tags' that help remote participants identify in-person colleagues. I love that Zoom Workplace consolidates meetings, phone, team chat, email, and calendar into one app, eliminating the 'toggle tax' and saving about four hours per week lost while switching between different tools. The crisp, clear, and stable audio and high-definition video make virtual interactions feel professional and dependable, even with varying internet bandwidth. The crystal-clear video also allows me to see facial expressions, hand gestures, and body language, building deeper trust with clients and colleagues. The draggable toolbar is a great feature, allowing me to drag and drop my most-used icons to the primary toolbar and hide others in a 'More' menu, thus addressing the problem of crowded toolbars. Organizations often move to Zoom Workplace for its superior ease of use, especially when dealing with external stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
As Zoom has expanded from a video tool into a full 'Workplace' suite (including Mail, Calendar, Docs, and Whiteboard), some users find the interface clunky and busy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to consolidate meetings, phone, team chat, email, and calendar, reducing the toggle tax and saving time. The Workspaces tab helps in reserving desks and managing visitors, while Zoom Rooms features improve remote interaction and build trust with high-quality video.
