Much better than other options on the market
What do you like best about the product?
Video calls - more features and functions and the noise cancelling is better than anything

What do you like best about the product?
I like that zoom workplace summarizes meetings which saves time not having to take notes. This way nothing gets missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes some in the meeting sound like a robot and are not clear. I don't know if this is the wifi they have or zoom workplace itself. I also do not know how secure it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall it helps all of our staff meet virtually as we have staff all over the world. It saves money not having to fly everyone to the main headquarters to meet.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to implement and use. We use this every single week. Customer support is awesome very knowledgeable and will help right away. Very easy to integrate and install the app. Very good features such as video and little emoji it has. Very highly recommended.

Very minimal connection issues if any and very seldom occurrence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting remotely and very easy to use. Very convenient to provide link to others to use zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the multiple dial in features, being able to connect simulataneously from your work compuer but listen via your cell phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some users have issues starting a recording, still trying to figure this out, but it's not all users, so it could be a permissions issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We recently switched from Teams to Zoom to solve issues with meeting with outside clients who may have been unable to connect to Teams.
All in one tool that makes work smoother.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how simple and smooth everything feels. Meetings, chats and file sharing are all in one place, so I don’t have to keep switching apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels a bit heavy on my system and shows things down. Also, a few features get confusing at first if you are not used to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s cut down the hassle of juggling multiple apps for meeting, chats and sharing files. Everything is in one spot now, so it saves me time and keeps work more organised.

Zoom keeps us all connected, is an easy way to maintain remote first culture, and works all over the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone from other companies uses Zoom so sometimes it's difficult to pivot to another video system when we are so used to Zoom.

Zoom solves the issue for our company that we are located all over the united states and often need to meet to discuss various company topics. I also am the recruiter for my company and we conduct all of our interviews over Zoom, which allows us to add an extra personal touch to our hiring process.

A little bit on the more expensive side, as it offers you pretty much meetings and webinar capabilities, while others like Microsoft teams and Google meet, is offering the service with bundle of much more services with same price or even less - depends on the pack

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like about zoom workplace is how easy it makes communication and teamwork. It is simple to use and allows me to connect with my team quickly, no matter where we are. I also like the different tools, such as chat and screen sharing, because they make communication smoother and help us stay organized. Overall, it makes working together more flexible and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike about zoom workplace is that it sometimes feel bad with so many features and notifications. It sometimes get easier to miss updates or get distracted by constant notifications. Also it has some connection issues which creates interruption in the work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom workplace solves the problem of staying connected with the team when we are not in the same location. It makes meetings, screen sharing much easier, so we don’t lose time trying to connect. The platform also helps reduce long email by giving us a faster way to communicate. This benefits me because it saves time, keeps projects moving smoothly, and allows me to work more flexibly from anywhere.
