What do you like best about the product?
Zoom offers high-quality video and audio, making virtual meetings seamless and professional. Its intuitive interface, easy scheduling, and cross-device compatibility make it simple to connect with colleagues and clients. Features like screen sharing, breakout rooms, and recording enhance collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom is highly functional, the free version has limitations on meeting duration and participant numbers. Occasionally, connectivity issues or software updates can disrupt meetings. Advanced security settings can be confusing for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom streamlines communication and collaboration across remote teams, eliminating the need for lengthy email threads and in-person meetings. It allows instant connectivity, efficient scheduling, and smooth collaboration, which saves time and improves team productivity.

The ability to screen share, poll attendees, change views and record easily are all must have features for my work.

I like that Zoom Workplace is an extensive collaboration and productivity platform with features such as chat, meetings , whiteboards, etc. It is perfect for hybrid teams!

There is nothing that I dislike about Zoom Workplace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace provides a platform which multiple team members can access and collaborate - no matter where they are located. Our Zoom is integrated with Otter.ai which enhances the level of engagement.

I like how it makes remote meetings simple and productive, and the collaboration features like screen sharing and chat are very helpful. The platform works smoothly across devices, which makes it convenient for both work and personal use

While Zoom Workplace is strong at creating connections, sometimes it feels overwhelming with too many notifications across chat, meetings, and calendar integrations. The platform could simplify how alerts are managed so that important updates don’t get buried. Also, large team meetings occasionally face minor lags or audio drop-offs, which can break the flow of collaboration. A smoother experience in these high-traffic moments would make it even better.

Zoom Workplace is helping bridge the gap between remote and in-office teams, ensuring no one feels left out of the conversation. It solves the challenge of scattered communication by bringing meetings, chat, and collaboration into one hub. For me, the biggest benefit is how it reduces friction — instead of juggling multiple tools, I can connect, share, and follow up all in the same space. This saves time, keeps projects moving, and most importantly, strengthens team culture by making collaboration feel natural and continuous.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace is very easy to set up. Also, once you have a Meeting going, creating rooms is a breeze, and managing those rooms is also very easy. For me, this is imortant as I teach online, so when I put students in pairs, in these rooms, everything has to work smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the extra features can be a little confusing, such as setting up whiteboards. But honestly, I think this is just me not spending enough time in getting to know more about this feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Zoom Workplace allows me easily and securely to have online classes with groups of students that can then be paired in groups by putting them in rooms.

I like the flexibility to be able to create meetings, events, lessons, rooms, and debates, and additionally, the integration with the Google Workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web version doesn't always work for the end user, but it's Perfect for the admin console.

I was able to generate a conference for 250 listeners in a very easy way.
