Zoom is a top-notch video chat with a great competitive price
What do you like best about the product?
AI powered communication and productivity, making it great for collaboration. Very easy to use, competitive price with a free version option. Customer support, video and audio recording, various backgrounds with social media integration. You can also share Desktop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom docs has poor spelling and grammar corrections. Connectivity issues which can lag or drop if someone has a weak internet connection. Mobile app connectivity problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to share screens helps during collaboration and external communication. AI helps with transcription which boosts productivity. The video and audio quality also helps with virtual meetings and presentations.
Boosts Meeting Productivity with AI, But Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
I love Zoom Workplace for its intuitive user interface, which makes setup and onboarding new team members easy. The note-taking and transcription features are immensely helpful for meetings, and the AI assistant boosts my productivity by allowing me to focus better during meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate if Zoom Workplace were more affordable.

When internet is weak, audio/video lags, connection drops, quality degrades.

A hustle free connection
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to connect with people through zoom. Everybody uses it. It allow you to share screen, control other person screen and helps connecting with people without much hustle. You can schedule call , you can check calendars. It eases your work.

Great application for work sessions
What do you like best about the product?
I find the interface quite useful, very intuitive and easy to use. I use it every day when making calls and having meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only disadvantage I find is when using Zoom Phone because you cannot remove the keyboard tone when dialing numbers, and it tends to be very annoying auditorily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only thing I find is that you cannot deactivate the sound of the numeric keypad when making calls, which can be very annoying when wearing headphones.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it brings everything into one seamless platform, meetings, chat, phone, and collaboration tools. It makes communication much more efficient, especially for remote and hybrid teams, because you don’t have to juggle multiple apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I find that I could be a weakness is that, while it offers many great features, the wide range of tools can sometimes feel overwhelming for new users or teams who only need the basics.

Instead of switching between multiple apps, I can manage everything in a single workspace. The main benefit for me is increased productivity and smoother teamwork
Flexible video platform that powers our hybrid work
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is extermely Easy to Use the interface is simple enough that even non-technical staff can host or joint calls without help. The Implentation was quick rolling it out to our team took very little time and integration with out calendars made adoption smooth. I appreciate the quality of Support, as the help center and live chat resolve most issues quickly. In terms of frequncy, I use Zoom daily for meetings, webinars and quick calls. The Number of Features set is strong, breakout rooms, whiteboards, recordings and webinar tools all add real value. Finally, the integration with tools like Outlook, Google calender and Slack makes scheduling and collaboration seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance somtimes dips with unstable internet, and larger meetings can feel heavy on system resources. Also managing licenses for multiple teams can get confusing.

I would like Zoom to optimize bandwidth usage for low connections, simplify license management and enchance collaboration tools like whiteboarding to match other productivity suites.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it very easy to connect with partners, clients, and coworkers wherever they may be. Collaboration is greatly improved by features like breakout rooms, screen sharing, and virtual backdrops, and the UI is clear and easy to use. The platform's stability, especially in huge gatherings, is another feature I appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app occasionally consumes extra system resources, which might cause my smartphone to lag when I have a lot of apps open. Additionally, there are moments when the sheer volume of functions feels overwhelming, and it's not always easy to navigate the complex settings. Occasionally, when the internet connection isn't flawless, audio and visual delays still occur.

Quickly creating meeting notes and reminders has been made easier with the AI Companion. It saves me time because I don't have to view tapes again or write everything down.
Better than teams!
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve really enjoyed using Zoom Workplace—it makes meetings and collaboration so much easier. The platform is reliable, user-friendly, and has all the tools needed to stay connected with my team whether I’m at home or in the office. It’s definitely made hybrid work much smoother. It is also the most used virtual platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can feel clunky at times, and I’ve run into glitches during meetings that make it frustrating to use. It works, but it doesn’t always feel as smooth or reliable as it should.

The ability to have face to face conversations via clicking on a link and it integrating with my calendar.
