What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is extremely reliable for video conferencing, team meetings, and webinars. The interface is simple and user-friendly, making it easy for anyone to join or host a meeting without technical issues. I especially like the high-quality video and audio, breakout rooms for group discussions, and the ability to record sessions for later use. Its integrations with calendars, project management tools, and collaboration apps make daily workflows smoother. The platform also works consistently across devices, which is very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom Workplace is powerful, it can be resource-heavy on lower-end devices, sometimes causing lag during long meetings. The free version has time limits that may not be sufficient for larger teams. Occasional connectivity issues still happen depending on network quality. Pricing for advanced features like large webinars and enterprise-level tools can feel expensive for small organizations. Additionally, customer support response times could be faster.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely user friendly, easy to navigate, integrates with Google Calendar and shows times to schedule in the app on iOS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes opens up and logs me out, can show notifications when there aren't really there or are just showing that the call you were just on happened/ended and who was there.

Setting up virtual meetings and video calls with internal & external stakeholders, enabling screen recording and allowing for easy access to recordings for later review and collaborative work.

It has a cool feature of summarizing meetings and every crucial thing for a successful meetings like white board, filesharing is available at one place. We can Record the meeting with single click, as well as live translated captions is also available.

Its very costly and sometimes meetings get lagged. Sometimes customer support process is very frustrating.

I love the recording feature, which allows sharing for those who miss meetings. The security features give me control over who participates and records, protecting against scams.

I find the cost of Zoom Workplace to be quite high, which makes it sometimes challenging for me as a young entrepreneur and a startup to utilize it as frequently as I would like. While Zoom is excellent, the expense can be a barrier. It would be really beneficial if there could be adjustments made to the pricing, such as offering more affordable plans or promotional deals specifically targeted at startups, schools, or groups.
