Having to go to places that’s further away can be inconvenient. Zoom helps with being able to connect virtually.

What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it can be resource-heavy and occasionally has connectivity or security concerns.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is that it has many tools. You can create chats, call, reschedule appointments, hold meetings, share screens from a live presentation, and more.

I have nothing negative to say about this app

WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS SO FAR
A pleasant experience, although I experienced alot of technical issues due to my internet connection

It makes it pretty easy to connect with the team, looks very professional, and the quality is reliable

If my internet gets a tiny bit slow the app kind of crashes on me but its not that big of a deal

It solves the hassle of attending conferences and webinars on site since alot of people I work with and/or interact with are busy

The best thing about Zoom Workplace is how simple it is to connect and collaborate with people. The video and audio quality are usually very reliable, and I like that everything—meetings, chat, file sharing—stays in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zoom takes up a lot of system resources, and if the internet connection isn’t very strong, the call quality drops quickly.
