Very useful
What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom Workplace about the same as other virtual meeting options. It's relatively easy to use. It tends to have fewer issues with audio/video than Google Meet, and it's definitely a lot better than Teams.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that it doesn't work nearly as well in the browser. If the app needs updating it can be annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We just use it for meetings both internally and with clients

Sometimes call gets disconnected while working and faced technical issues too.

It has helped me a lot in my college time for online classes and also helped me a lot for attending online course.
Clean, Efficient, and Keeps Us on Track
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, the best part is how smooth the transition is from chatting with someone to jumping into a call or huddle. It feels natural and cuts down on the time we waste switching tools or scheduling things. Also, the shared spaces make ongoing projects easier to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels a bit heavy — like it’s trying to do everything at once. It runs fine, but on slower machines or when I’m multitasking, it can lag a bit. Also, a few features feel buried in menus when they should be easier to access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit has been how it simplifies remote collaboration. Our team is spread across time zones, and Zoom Workplace helps us stay in sync without constant check-ins. With the shared boards and chat history, everyone stays in the loop, even if they miss a live meeting.
A Reliable Hub for Daily Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how everything is integrated into one place — meetings, chat, whiteboards, even file sharing. It’s way easier to stay organized without having to bounce between different apps all day. The interface is clean and intuitive, so it didn’t take long for the whole team to get comfortable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications can get overwhelming, especially if you’re part of multiple channels or teams. I’ve had to tweak the settings a few times to avoid getting distracted. It’d be nice if there were smarter defaults or more granular control right off the bat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s helped cut down on the chaos of using multiple tools for communication, meetings, and project updates. Before Zoom Workplace, we were juggling email, Slack, and separate video platforms — things would slip through the cracks. Now, everything’s in one place, so we move faster and communicate more clearly.

What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it can be resource-intensive at times, causing performance lags on lower-end devices. Additionally, occasional audio/video sync issues and the need for frequent updates can interrupt workflow. A more lightweight version or smoother background updating process would improve the overall experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how smooth and reliable Zoom is for meetings, even with large groups. The video and audio quality are excellent, and features like screen sharing, breakout rooms, and virtual backgrounds make collaboration easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it uses a lot of system resources, which can slow things down on older devices. Also, occasional connection drops happen if the internet speed fluctuates.

Zoom makes remote communication seamless. It allows me to connect with clients and colleagues anywhere in the world, saving travel time and making collaboration faster and more efficient.
Excellent Video Conferencing & Connecting Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom handles video meetings, chat, phone, whiteboard, and document sharing from one client and simplifying workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updates (like a merged Meetings & Calendar tab or new sidebars) that disrupts workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not that I know of any.
Quality product with simple interface
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace allows for meetings to be held from anywhere. It's s convenient way to attend trainings without traveling long distances and to hold meetings when needed. It allows for recording and makes collaboration easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any issues. I feel many of the previous issues have been fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Probably the most beneficial updates have been to microphone use - allowing the host to default to mute upon login or remove microphone ability. This has cut down on feedback issues.

It’s been reliable with video and audio quality. The breakout rooms are my favorite feature! And overall easy to use!

Group time limits up to 40 mins. I wish it were longer that’s all
