Makes remote teamwork feel surprisingly human.

What do you like best about the product?
What i love most as web developer is how Zoom turns simple video call into something feels personal and engaging. It's not just about talking ; its about collaborating as if we are in the same room. The breakout rooms are like little 'thinking pods' for brainstorming and the whiteboard feature has replaced my messy stack of sticky notes. Even in large meetings, it's easy to stay connected and contribute ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
When your internet stumbles, Zoom politely reminds you that the real boss is your Wi-Fi. some advanced features can feel buried in the setting menu, so it sometimes takes a few clicks to find what you need. I also wish there were more built in, lightweight project management tools to bridge the gap between meetings and action steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps me solve communication and collaboration challenges by providing single platform for meeting, screen sharing and real time brainstorming. As a web developer, this means i can easily coordinate with clients and teammates to present code or design changes instantly and gather feedback without delays. The integrated scheduling and calendar features keep meeting organized, while tool like collaborative whiteboards and AI meeting summaries save time and reduces misunderstanding. Overall it speeds up projects delivery, improves clarity in requirements and helps maintain smooth remote teamwork.

Reliable video meetings for classes and teamwork

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is straightforward to use and works well even if the internet connection isn’t perfect. I use it regularly for college group discussions, presentations, and virtual events. Setting up meetings is quick, and joining is as simple as clicking a link. It integrates smoothly with Google Calendar and other tools we use, so scheduling is never a hassle. The range of features, like breakout rooms, screen sharing, and live transcription, makes it easy to collaborate with classmates. It’s stable and clear enough that we use it multiple times a week without worrying about technical issues. It super quick to set up — you just install, sign in, and you’re ready. It’s really easy to use, even for first-timers, and it has loads of features like breakout rooms, screen sharing, and AI-powered captions. I like how smooth the meetings run, and if I ever get stuck, the help articles and customer support team respond fast and actually solve the issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the background noise suppression isn’t perfect, especially in crowded environments. Also, while the basic features are great, some advanced tools are only available in the paid plans, which can be limiting for students. It would be nice if Zoom offered more free customization for breakout rooms and meeting settings. The updates take a while to install before a meeting, and a few advanced features are hidden behind paid plans. Also, the interface could be a little cleaner so new users find things faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace has made virtual collaboration much easier for our team, especially when members are in different locations. Video conferencing is smooth, screen sharing is quick, and meetings can be recorded for those who can’t attend. This saves us a lot of time on follow-up emails and helps us keep projects on track. It’s also great for client meetings, as it creates a professional and easy-to-use environment.

Good app to make meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive and easy to use. I prefer it to TEAMS. The screen sharing function is very useful when you need to show something on your computer or during a presentation.
The app installs quickly and doesn't require a high-performance computer to run.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is a bit high for a basic user. The licence for businesses might be OK.
It would be good if the remote control function had admin privileges for companies that use it for technical support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I need to bring technical support for a user that is out of the company. Its very fast to solve problems.

Reliable and Feature-Rich Platform for Daily Collaboration

  • August 13, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Zoom Workplace is how seamlessly it combines video conferencing, chat, whiteboards, and file sharing all in one platform. The video and audio quality are consistently good, even with large meetings. I also like the breakout rooms and webinar features, which are super useful for both internal and external sessions. The UI is clean and easy to navigate, and it doesn’t require a lot of onboarding time for new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that it can be a bit resource-heavy, especially on older devices, which sometimes leads to performance issues. Also, some advanced admin settings aren’t as intuitive as they could be, and you need to dig through a lot of options to find the right configurations. The chat and file-sharing features, while useful, still don’t feel as strong or flexible as dedicated messaging tools like Slack or Teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a daily Zoom user, it solves a lot of the typical communication issues that come up in a remote or hybrid work setup. It makes it really easy to hop on quick video calls, share screens, and stay in sync with my team no matter where we’re working from. I use it not just for scheduled meetings, but also for impromptu catch-ups, brainstorming sessions with the whiteboard, and sharing updates over chat. Having everything in one place saves time and keeps things organized. It’s reliable, simple to use, and has become a key part of how I get work done every day.

Zoom Workplace : Team collaboration tool.

  • August 13, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Rooms and the ability to integrate with physical meeting spaces make it super flexible for hybrid teams. You can have people dialing in from home while others are in the office, and everything works as if everyone is in the same room. The video quality and sound are just top-notch.
The platform is so easy to navigate. Whether you're setting up a quick chat, scheduling a meeting, or jumping into a webinar, everything feels streamlined and intuitive.
Zoom workplace implementation is also very easy and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom's pricing structure can feel a bit confusing, especially when you start looking at add-ons or premium features. You may need to upgrade to a more expensive plan for things like large meetings, webinars, cloud storage, or even more participants.
While Zoom is easy to use for basic meetings, the interface can get a bit cluttered when you're working with multiple tools and features. Between the chat, screen share, meeting settings, and participant list, it can sometimes feel like there’s just too much going on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Geographic Barriers:Zoom breaks down geographical limitations by providing an easy-to-use platform for remote meetings. Whether you’re working from home, a cafe, or a different country, Zoom enables you to attend meetings just as if you were in the room.
2.Remote Collaboration Challenges:Zoom allows team members to share screens, present information, and collaborate on documents or ideas in a more dynamic, interactive way. Features like whiteboards and breakout rooms take collaboration to the next level.

Reliable and Feature-Packed for Daily Collaboration

  • August 13, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace offers incredibly clear video and audio quality, even with low bandwidth. I like how everything—meetings, chat, whiteboards, and document collaboration—is all in one place. The interface is simple and intuitive, so I can focus on my work instead of figuring out the software. Scheduling and joining meetings is effortless, and the integration with calendars and third-party apps makes daily workflow smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom Workplace is powerful, it can use a lot of system resources during long video meetings, which sometimes affects performance on older devices. The number of features can feel overwhelming for new users, and some advanced tools require extra setup or training. Occasional connectivity drops can happen in low-network areas, though the platform usually recovers quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves the challenge of connecting teams across different locations by bringing video meetings, chat, whiteboards, and file collaboration into one platform. It reduces the need for multiple separate tools, which saves both time and cost. For me, it has made remote work much smoother—scheduling is simple, communication is instant, and team projects can move forward without delays. It also improves productivity because everything we need is in one workspace.

More than just meetings now

  • August 13, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that everything is in one app now is what I like best. It's not just for meetings anymore, you've got phone calls, a whiteboard, and calendar all together. It just makes things so much smoother. I don't have to switch between different apps all day long, which is a huge win for productivity. Plus, the AI companion is pretty helpful for catching me up on what I missed in a chat or a meeting I was late to. It just feels like a more complete workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that bugs me is the push to use all the new features. It's like, I know Zoom is more than just meetings now, but sometimes I just need to jump on a quick call and the app feels a bit heavier and more complex than it used to be. It can be a little clunky to navigate if you're not using all the extra stuff. Also, sometimes the updates happen right before a meeting starts which is super annoying. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s definitely a change from the old, simple Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized space for all the meeting. Screen recordings and the AI companion is a huge part of that too. It gives me a quick summary of a meeting I missed or a long chat thread, so I can get up to speed without bothering someone else. It's a major time-saver and just makes the whole workday feel less cluttered.

A great app for business meetings

  • August 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most innovative features of Zoom Workplace is the AI assistant, which is very versatile. Even during meetings, it helps me take notes so that I can concentrate fully on the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Normally, Zoom Workplace works perfectly; there are few occasions when things like the video freezing or not playing occur. However, it can be resolved by exiting and re-entering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Zoom Workplace, communication with our clients or coworkers remotely has become much easier and more dynamic, thanks to the integration it allows with different calendars or applications. It is a great help when scheduling various meetings.
