What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace makes it easy to talk, meet, and work together from anywhere. It has clear video, good sound, and tools like chat and file sharing that help teams stay connected.

Sometimes the audio or video quality drops if the internet connection isn’t stable, which can interrupt the flow of the meeting.

Zoom Workplace helps me connect with my team and clients from anywhere, making meetings, presentations, and collaborations quick and convenient. It saves travel time, keeps communication organized in one platform, and makes it easier to share ideas and documents in real time.
Perfect app for All the office meetings
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best features is that you can easily switch from PC to phone with just one click, without interrupting the meeting. It helps in daily meetings with a specific calendar and meeting reminder, whether office meetings or my online college classes. Multi-device integration and implementation, for example, Android and IOS work seamlessly without any issues. Customer support is also amazing; they work almost around the clock, it seems. Their live animations have increased the frequency of using the Zoom application.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a huge amount of storage space on mobile and PC. Phone storage is limited. I hope they can come up with a lighter version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in schduling my meetings and making sure my online classes are not classing on the same day and time.

What do you like best about the product?
There are tons of features that operate smoother on Zoom than other webinar providers, such as translations and screen sharing. It does take some time to get used to all of them, but it undoubtedly has the highest number of either unique features or quality for these features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Accounts are locked based on seat count. This means that even if we're on a paid plan, our limit for attendees is not exceedingly high. There are other payment-related/paywalled functions as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly, global communication-related engagement. While we've traditionally used Japanese and English interpreters during meetings, the fact that Zoom is able to easily support transcription for other languages is a big plus. Of course, screen sharing and the utilization of whiteboards is smoother on the platform, however, our company's key purchasing factor is multilingual functional support.

The ability to host clean meetings, record the sessions, and assign host rights. Zoom offers high-quality video and clear sound. Regarding licensing, I appreciate the variety of options available that can accommodate a large number of participants for extended meeting durations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have a budget-friendly package that can be used by many users. Enhance the basic package with additional features. Lower the license/give discounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can comfortably host large meetings with any number of attendees, and we have the capability to interact with participants through chat during calls. Most importantly, we have the ability to host and record meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the user-friendly interface of Zoom Workplace, which is not difficult to navigate. I find the options for background blur and removal especially useful. These features, along with the ability to conduct video sessions and record them, make my experience efficient. Integrating whiteboard at an advanced level enhances its functionality further. I also appreciate being able to connect easily with teachers and others remotely, which simplifies communication and collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the free version of Zoom Workplace lacks premium features, making it feel not too premium. Additionally, there is room for improvement in PDF options and scrolling features.

I use Zoom Workplace for easy remote connections with teachers and meetings, benefiting from user-friendly features like background blur, video, and recorded sessions.
