What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace has been one of those tools one can use regularly in meetings, communication among team members, and project management.The most excellent element of the Zoom Workplace is that it is highly reliable. It is easy to navigate through the interface and meetings can be conducted with large groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain things seem restricted by higher pricing tiers, and it is simple to outgrow the starting one. Chat is rather limited and would not be suitable in the context of constant team communication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is time-saving since it simplifies our communications methods. The integration with the calendar, cloud recordings, and AI-generation of summaries can assist during meeting preparation and follow-ups.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is an incredibly popular and widely established video conferencing software.
It really did pave the way for Google Meet and Microsoft teams, and had exponential growth and brand recognition during the pandemic.

What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom was expensive, at least compared to Google Meet. It was more affordable for us to stick with Google Meet because we were already using Google Workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was an extremely popular platform (still is) so it was easy to connect with people from different companies, because there was a strong chance that the other person either had Zoom, or was familiar with using it.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how easy and reliable it is for both everyday meetings and larger collaborative projects. The video and audio quality stay clear even when the internet connection isn’t perfect, which makes it dependable in important situations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The frequent updates are meant to help, but they always seem to pop up right when I’m about to join a meeting, which can be annoying. Also, navigating all the settings to get things “just right” can feel a little overwhelming at times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps me stay connected and work with people anywhere without having to meet in person. I can have face-to-face meetings, share my screen, and use chat or breakout rooms to get things done together.

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how easy it is to use. You can quickly join meetings, share your screen, and talk to your team, even if they are far away. The video and sound are usually clear, and it works well for both small and large meetings. It also has helpful tools like chat, breakout rooms, and recording, which make working together easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it can sometimes use a lot of computer memory and slow things down, especially on older devices. Also, if your internet connection is weak, the video and audio quality can drop. Some features can be a bit hard to find or understand for new users, and updates happen often, which can be annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves the problem of working and communicating with people who are not in the same place. It makes it easy to have meetings, share ideas, and work together from anywhere. This helps save time and money because you don’t have to travel. It also makes teamwork easier, even if people are in different cities or countries. For me, it helps me stay connected with my team, join meetings quickly, and get work done without needing to be in the office.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease in linking the meeting to Google calendar. Record video, especially cloud recording is very helpful. Easy to integrate with apps like slack and the customer support is quick to solve any bugs. It is very user friendly hence it can be easily implemented and used frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Starting the app is sometime slow and it keeps loading when trying to sign in from different device. Lots of updates in short period of time is overwhelming.

It is very useful for mass webinar, the tools are easy to use.
