Zoom Workplace Review
What do you like best about the product?
The meetings are always smooth and I have no issues with my meetings. I like that you have the SSO functionality for organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it could be confusing during the calls to find the sound and video settings. It has gotten better but I I think it has not reach a point were it is easy to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the way that my organization meets with other clients or for videoconferencing.

Well rounded functionality in a clean and easy-to-use interface
What do you like best about the product?
Workplace has become our hub for hybrid communication. We can seamlessly bounce between our phone, text, and meeting platforms. The interface is so well designed it requires virtually no training for new team members. The few times we've had to contact customer support the team has been extremely helpful and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to quickly and easily launch a new (unscheduled) meeting from the meetings tab on the desktop client (rather than having to bounce to the home tab).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workplace has made integration of remote teams and connecting our members across the country seamless and easy. The level of engagement we can create with this platform far exceeds all prior tools we've tried.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is always easy to use. I think it is great how it tells you if you forgot to enter the date. I use Zoom multiple times a week. I never have an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somethings it takes multiple clicks to get to what you want. I can not aways remember where to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the Chat to connect with my business peers. It is great to see if they are availabe and send a quick message. Of cource I video chat every day.

What do you like best about the product?
Plenty of useful features. What comes to mind first is the capability to separate me from my background pretty accurately, brighten my appearance if i'm in low light, and make use of screen recordings for trainings
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the screen recording feature had the capability to move around the presenter view, so that it could be more engaging rather than a flat experience with the screen recording on one side and the presenter on the other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to communicate with external stakeholders

The ease of use for technologically challenged users makes it easier to manage from the IT side.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was still a learning curve required for users to begin using things like the waiting room and other resources.

Provides a easy to use conferencing experience that is better than what users were doing before.

I really like the modern look and feel of the new zoom workplace.

I haven't found anything in particular that I dislike at this time.

We love the Zoom phone platform and how easy it is to make quick changes when needed

What do you like best about the product?
The features are rich, using it is very easy, very friendly.
Implementing and integrating to/for our users was a breeze as they give you multiple options for installs.

Customer Support, tho I haven't had used their support personally, just what's online and it's clear and easy to read. Their documentation is very thorough.
We use Zoom daily, and there are hardly any issues (as compared to other vendors).

What do you dislike about the product?
I understand why they do it, but updates. There seems to be way too many updates.
That's not a bad thing - just annoying for users who don't have admin rights. But again, I understand why.

Zoom Workplace helps make sure our staff can communicate effectively with each other, their clients, the youth and any one else that may need to collaborate.

sometimes it logs me out unexpectedly and I have to log back in before meetings/tasks which makes me late.
