For persons in low internet signal strength the audio becomes patchy

Reducing the need for humans to take minutes and the high cost of that, as well as reduced travel for key meetings

A much more affordable platform compared to the MS teams(Office365)

Remote Communication Gaps (Enables seamless video, voice, and chat communication for remote teams.)
Very user friendly and easy to use

The best i have seen in the zoom workplace is the video quality and the features it has like the background change and doubts and chat section, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only disadvantage of this zoom is consuming more battery and Data. If you have a wi-fi connection it will be safe else you are running on the mobile data for long hours you should definitely recharge with some data add-ons
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem solving like it connects the different people virtually rather than travelling. It make our meeting easy. We also have other video call apps but Zoom will help you with its variety of feature like having a whiteboard for detailing and raise hands section in the mid conversations. We can prefer for virtual meetings too.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Zoom Workplace for its ability to enhance full-fledged work communications, not just serving as a meeting tool. The whiteboarding and breakout rooms are essential for group activities. I find the recording and transcription options life-saving for project reviews and team discussions.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I first started using Zoom, there were notable issues, particularly with the mobile app where I experienced problems related to login and syncing. It was important for me to have smooth synchronization between mobile and desktop versions, but this proved challenging. Additionally, the user interface felt disruptive, and I encountered mismatches between audio and video during my sessions.

I use Zoom Workplace for full-fledged communication and collaboration, making whiteboarding, breakout rooms, and transcription options essential for project reviews and team discussions, enhancing our work life beyond just a meeting tool.

It’s easy to use, reliable, and keeps everything including meetings, chat, and files all in one place. Makes working with the team smooth.

The occasional lagging even with a strong signal and more than enough ram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the lack of travel need, with Zoom meeting that you would once travel for can be done at a click of a mouse. Also with global clients it makes connecting a lot more simple.

Zoom is easy to use and has many controls that both the sides are able to use, the person sharing and the person viewing the screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that the app and URL of Zoom don't function the same. One you can request screen control, which I typically need, and one you can't. They should function the same way. It is confusing for both sides of the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In this age of Work from home it is nice to be able to give the clients a personal experience of our knowledge not just us bark directions for them to move the mouse around and though we have many how to documents, having someone to do the work for you right in the meeting is truly invaluable.

Sometimes it slows down my device, and the notifications can get a bit too much. A few small fixes would make it even better.

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of using too many different apps for work. Now I can chat, call, meet, and share files all in one place, which saves time and keeps everything organized. It helps me work faster and stay focused without switching between tools.
