Workspace is a good tool for hybrid work environment

Easily too book a place, with viewing office maps and seating layouts.

Need to wait some time after reserve a working place, not sure if this can be configured. sometime on the way to office and didn’t check in, my desk will be taken by someone else.

Whiteboard works as a shared on cloud platform which makes the tweak sharing opinions and brainstorming easier when work remotely

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Zoom for a while now for both internal meetings and client calls. The interface is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advance features require paid plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its quick to set up meetings and share link with others. Zoom has made remote collaboration easier and more efficient for me.

I like the fact that I can handle scheduling and meetings inside Zoom Workplace. I also like Zoom Clips so I can send recordings to clients.

We should be able to enable screen sharing without having to assign permissions. Zoom should also offer easy and accessible AI notes.

Zoom allows for meeting with clients and solves communication problems with chat and easy video conferencing.

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is its seamless integration of communication and collaboration tools in one platform. It’s not just for video meetings — features like team chat, whiteboards, calendar integration, and file sharing make it easy to stay connected and productive without switching apps.
The interface is intuitive, and the performance is usually reliable, even with large groups. I also appreciate how Zoom has enhanced hybrid work flexibility with features like breakout rooms, smart recordings with transcripts, and real-time collaboration on shared documents.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom Workplace is generally reliable and effective for virtual collaboration, one area I find challenging is navigating the user interface when switching between features like Chat, Meetings, Whiteboard, and Mail. The integration of so many tools into a single platform is helpful, but it can sometimes feel cluttered or overwhelming, especially for new users.

Zoom workplace has been a reliable platform for staying connected with my team, no matter where we are It makes virtual meetings, brainstorming sessions, and day-to-day communication easy and seamless. The video and audio quality are generally very good, and the range of features from screen sharing to breakout rooms and makes collaboration feel effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, Zoom can feel a bit heavy on system resources, especially during long meetings or when several features are being used together. The interface works well but could use a touch of modernization to feel more streamlined.

Zoom Workplace has really helped close the communication gap between our remote teams and clients. Features like AI Meeting Assistants and screen sharing make meetings more productive and reduce the chances of miscommunication.

What do you like best about the product?
To me, Zoom Workplace is the best video meeting app as we conduct classes using this. and we do take a lot of batches in multiple slots, the piracy saver feature helps us to save the data and avoid our content to be used by any other competitor.
API provided is also smooth, we don't have to worry as we can provide timely recordings on our LMS without harming the user experience, and the data received is timely with all reports

- Fun virtual backgrounds/avatars.
- The best part is the in-built Apps integration. You have a lot of apps that are useful during a meeting. I commonly use timers, break-out rooms, music, along with other some third party apps like Kahoot!.

I do not see any downside or issues with the Zoom meetings. The AI summary is. good but can be a bit better - something like a bulleted point minutes of meeting summary instead of documenting the whole meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working in a remote role and I need connectivity with my team and clients online. I find Zoom the most reliable meeting scheduling assistant out there. I typically start my day by looking into my Zoom calendar and blocking times for my day to day work.
Another feature that I heavily use is the Zoom integration with Slack. Although Slack has its own huddle feature (which is similar to a virtual video conferencing), I prefer Zoom App on Slack as it gives me a lot of control - such as recording the meeting, AI summary, whiteboards, annotation tools etc. Also, you can start a zoom meeting in Slack instantly and share the meeting link with the team to join the meeting.
All and all, I find it easy and more organised.

in the past ran into some issues like “Zoom-bombing” (uninvited users joining meetings), weak encryption, and sharing user data with third parties
