It provides us with an alternative web conferencing tool so we can connect with anyone needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and easy to implement the meetings and task as well. Customer support is also good. I am using it everyday for my day to day meetings. Its has lots of features like add calender, add meetings, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its's easy to integrate and also there are more features in the paid version so you have give that features to guest user as well.

Its easy to Communicate and easy to conduct meetings.

Easy to use and universally compatible with platforms. It has good audio and video quality and integrates with most productivity applications.

The price for the advanced features is a bit high.

i like how easy it is to join or schedule meetings, the audio and video quality is pretty good with poor internet as well,love how it keeps the chat, calendar, meetings organised in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels a bit cluttered, like too many tabs and options that I don’t really use. The UI could be simpler. Also, it can be a little slow to start up or update, which is annoying when you’re in hurry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me stay connected with my team even when we’re all working remotely. We can jump on calls, share screens, send quick messages, and keep track of meetings all in one place. Makes remote work way more organized and less chaotic

Good quality e-meeting software.
Reliable and can accommodate a lot of people on the call.

Equally as good as other alternatives, nice and easy to use.

It does seem a little expensive.
There seem to be a lot of features that we don't use (whiteboards, docs, etc).
We possibly duplicate features with other platforms.

We mainly use it for conference calls, it does a decent job of this (as do other alternative products).

Zoom is a good tool and serves its purpose
What do you like best about the product?
I've had a good experience using Zoom as the quality is good, it's easy to use and allows for all the necessary tasks to be done efficiently (screenshare, add participants, slack integration).
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom did have some issues when adding many users. I wish there was a better setup to see all the faces on the screen rather than having to move to the next page.

Zoom workplace helps with communication and inefficient collaboration by combining various tools.
Works well—few glitches.

I like that it's easy to set up and accessible. There never seem to be any sharing issues, like with some other similar things, such as share screen issues.

The recent Update has made it less easy to find repeat meetings.

In one word - communication. Getting everyone on the same page quickly.
