Zoom is pretty good has good quality

I like that you can have a team meeting from home in your pj's

Nothing really I have had no problems with it so I like everything

It's keeping me way more organized before I was missing appointments or late

Easy to schedule meetings and interviews, and integrates well with my calendar.

I have had some issues with Zoom randomly deleting meetings in the past, but most of the time this does not happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows my team to be able to easily conduct virtual interviews with job applicants. We are also able to use Zoom for team meetings on a daily basis, as well as company-wide events for remote employees.

Zoom has robust features and I find the UX intuitive.

Sometimes there are bugs with integrations with Google.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom's actual video conferencing functionality adequately facilitates all different meeting types and sizes - 1:1 calls, large meetings, webinars - and integrates more or less seamlessly with Google Calendar. I'm able to record meeting video in several different configurations as needed (e.g., audio from each participant in separate tracks) and have never had an issue saving/accessing that output afterward, which is critical for my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've used Zoom literally every day for over five years, and I still find it shockingly confusing to operate at a basic level. It's extremely common in Zoom meetings that I attend for me or another host to be like "Hang on, I'm trying to figure out how to [basic video call functionality]" -- and we're all highly computer literate. Trying to help less-tech-oriented folks operate this program requires herculean effort.
The design, placement, and labeling of features and settings is cluttered and unintuitive, both in-app and via zoom.com. No button is where I need or expect it to be. Basic invites to Zoom calls are a lengthy mess of irrelevant phone numbers. The option to change the host of a meeting to a different participant when the meeting is already in session is buried under like four clicks and a sub-menu. For a fun time, try figuring out how to operate breakout rooms on the fly without dedicating at least an hour of prep to it first.
This disorienting mess has only gotten more confusing as Zoom has insisted in rolling out additional product features that I do not need or want (notes! whiteboards! tasks!).

Easy to move a zoom phone call from app or device to another during the call
Intuitive and Clean
What do you like best about the product?
The interface on video calls is clean and very easy to use. Everyone is familiar with this program so I prefer it when meeting in groups. I specifically like the share screen feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The record to cloud feature is a little confusing. I've lost videos this way. Sometimes when multiple. users are using AI agents for record-keeping, it becomes confusing if the video is being recorded by the organizer or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording meetings, documenting screen recordings of testing applications, scheduling, and connecting with my colleagues.
I would much rather use Zoom than other video conferencing services.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom offers to send emails and schedule meetings on a calendar. The look of Zoom is also much sleeker than other services. It is also easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of Zoom is a bit high for the amount of time that I use it per month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a host on New Books in Sociology (a channel on New Books Network) and Zoom allows me to record episodes of this podcast that we post on the website weekly.

The best thing is the ease of access to all the tools, and that using the platform or application doesn’t require any expertise

They could focus more on improving visual effects, such as face enhancement filters or lighting adjustment filters.

Easy and professional online meeting organization and management, with relatively affordable prices
