An Effective Way to Stay in Touch
What do you like best about the product?
One thing I like about Zoom Workspace is that I can easily navigate through what I need. I primarily use Zoom for my tutoring business. I like that all my tools are in one place to help educate my class room. Zoom is flexible with it's free version.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is that Zoom Workplace stays open in the background even after I close it. I do notice that sometimes it does interfere with some of my other applications I use with my computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace has helped with my educational endeavors. And with a lot of features I've yet to use including the AI assistant. Using Zoom has benefited me in a few ways I have been able to share my materials that I've needed with not much of an issue.
Using Zoom is very convenient be it personal family meet up or professional meet up with your team.
What do you like best about the product?
It does not buffer, the call quality is awesome and the voice quality is also excellent. Good software to use for virtual meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Workplace’s complex interface and limited offline capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy interface platform that is very easy to navigate and the call quality is excellent along with the voice quality there are only occasional connection issues, rest everything is fine. It benefits me to connect with my team easily and also when we have a virtual family meeting.

Zoom required very strong network some time I logout due to network issue

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace stands out for its consistent performance, even with large meetings. The UI is intuitive, and the platform offers robust features like breakout rooms, live transcription, and seamless screen sharing. The Zoom scheduler and calendar integration make meeting planning simple and efficient. Their customer support is responsive and knowledgeable, especially in high-demand times or priority times. We rely on Zoom daily for meetings, webinars, and team collaboration, making it a daily part of life. Zoom integrates smoothly with Google Workspace, Slack, and Teams. Also, its deployment across teams was quick and seamless minimal setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the platform can feel slightly bloated with features that are not always relevant for every user. The webinar pricing model can be on the higher side for small teams, and occasional connection issues can arise in low-bandwidth environments.

Zoom workplace has solved our communications and collaboration challenges in a hybrid work environment by providing a reliable, scalable platform for video meetings, webinars, and team collaboration, helping us stay connected, productive, and efficient regardless of location.

What do you like best about the product?
The video and audio quality are still top notch, which is why Zoom became a go to during the Covid pandemic. Scheduling meetings and starting them from chat threads is super convenient. I also like the ability to create persistent team spaces, it helps with ongoing projects and cuts down on email clutter.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom Workplace does a lot of things well, there are definitely a few things I don’t love. The interface can feel a bit cluttered—especially when you're juggling chat, meetings, and whiteboards all at once. It’s not always intuitive where to find things quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s made scheduling and running meetings a lot smoother, and having integrated chat and team spaces keeps conversations organized around projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is an effective collaboration platform. It supports meetings and video calls with a whiteboard and note capability. It is effective for meetings, quick check-ins, brainstorming sessions and overall collaboration. It integrates well with existing applications and works as designed. We use the application multiple times per week.

No downsides to the Zoom Workplace application.

When many slides open same time it become bit slow. Mobile version is limited than desktop version i think, when hosting meetings
