What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom Workplace offers excellent features, some users may find its cost relatively high for smaller teams or organizations. Occasional issues with audio or video quality in low-bandwidth situations can also be frustrating. Additionally, navigating advanced settings can feel overwhelming for new users, and stronger security measures might be desired for sensitive meetings.

This enhances productivity, streamlines communication, and allows for seamless remote work, benefiting you by saving time and improving team coordination.
Zoom offers good video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
Its pretty easy for just about anyone to set up and join meetings even if they have no or less technical knowledge in how to join meetings on zoom. The features like screen sharing allowing folks to share screen and host control are really great as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things that needs to be improved like some instances of background noise/ voice duplication during meetings decreases the quality of experience to a great extent. Also, the customer service is not good here, people get automated responses instead of human assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace brings communication, employee engagement through various features available here. Group meetings and Zoom rooms feature high-quality video and audio, calendar sync, and complete privacy. We also have private and public chat groups, file sharing feature, virtual hand-raising option, and polling and Q&A features which make it a great place to have smooth meetings.
Meets my work needs
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to schedule Zoom meetings without any time restraints. I am able to remove the passcode to access the Zoom meetings. This allows non tech savvy participants to click on the Zoom link, and wait for the host to accept them into the Zoom meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have the option to scheduled send the Zoom link for a later time. If Zoom incoporated schedule send, that allows employees to have more flexibility to complete tasks ahead of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows employees to meet with their clients and the client's team remotely via Zoom for client meetings. This offers the client's team additional availability for them to participate in the client's annual review meetings.

zoom keeps everyone connected in the work place without been physically in the same place .

zoom should update their features on connecting others into the same chat withput being so dificult

Reliable, User Friendly with Automated Features
What do you like best about the product?
It's reliable and helps you connect with your work mates without interruptions. It lets you make video calls/conference and share documents with ease. The interface is user friendly and it has some wutomated features like meeting summaries etc. We use it all the time for our work meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit overwhelming for new users because of the number of features it has. Cost can be a bit high for small to medium businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can integrate multiple platforms into this platform, such as, emial, calendar, chat, phone, etc. making it easy to use without needing to jump into other applications.
Zoom is a very user-friendly interface type of video conference application.
What do you like best about the product?
This is very easy to use. First time users won't get lost in navigating the application.
What do you dislike about the product?
If it's for free, it only limits the time to 45 minutes and it automatically closes. I suggest to at least have a minute timer so that you could prepare the participants in the meeting to end their conversation.

Network across countries. Easy to converse with people from other countries virtually.

Zoom Is Truely an all in one experience
What do you like best about the product?
It's great that you have video and phone capabilities all in an easy to navagate admin portal and the app is easy to use. They are constently updating and adding new features. They have great customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I can think of we have Zoom for 2 years and just renewed, In the admin portal the call log section should be worked on but still able to find recordings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a VoIP system that had texting capabilities
the best platform for make an online lessons
What do you like best about the product?
It's the easiest way to make video lessons in an online class, with a whiteboard and most importantly, record it just in one click and save it in your advice or on zoom cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
It had the same issues, but now it's working great for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm making online lessons and video recording was always hardest thing, after zoom video capture it's a easiest thing now.
