Zoom Makes Group Meetings Effortless with Powerful Collaboration Features
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a great video-conferencing platform that makes it easy to host group meetings. It also has extra features like polls, breakout rooms, reactions, voting, recording, transcriptions, and other special tools, which is helpful for collaboration between teams. I also think the UI of the platform is quite easy to navigate and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some dislikes I have with zoom is centred around its app. Most times after opening the Zoom app, my webcam automatically comes on without my request. Additionally, the app randomly crashes after a while, which can be very frustrating. It's also difficult sometime getting support in tackling some issues I come across.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps collaboration and communication between teams easy. Instead of using different tools for meetings and chats or scheduling, Zoom brings everything together in one place. It helps save time and effort, and make collaboration seamless. Also, the addition of Zoom AI makes it even better because I can easily summarise meetings, compose messages and emails, drafting, and transcribe conversations.
Essential for Teachers Despite Connectivity Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom Workplace very useful for online classes and meetings with friends, as it allows us to come together even when we can't physically be in the same place. I like the group video call system it offers. Additionally, I appreciate its features that let us chat while on a video call, either with a particular person or with the whole group. The initial setup was super comfortable for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that it lags too much, especially with slow internet. I don't know, maybe the company could provide a better update that runs smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves the issue of gathering people for online classes and meetings. I like its group video call system and the ability to chat with individuals or the whole group during calls.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that remote applicants can share screens easily online with Zoom Workplace. The AI meeting summaries, transcripts, and highlights are also a great feature, making it easier to keep track of what happens in meetings.

I dislike the back-to-back video calls.

What do you like best about the product?
multiple feathures are very effective like, Calling features, call recording options, easy to use and very cost effective then other competitor tools
What do you dislike about the product?
SMS feature configuration is a task and its little difficult to activate. Customer support system could have been better

It is helping us with zoom phone lines and manage our zoom meetings as well. The communication is very seemless and it is helping us to review our agents call by going through the call recordings and findings

Zoom Workplace is very reliable and extremely easy to use. I mainly use it for work meetings, and it works consistently well without technical issues. Scheduling meetings, sharing presentations, and collaborating with team members is very straightforward. One of my favorite features is the AI meeting assistant. The automatic summaries are very accurate and capture the key points and action items, which saves a lot of time after meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, my experience has been very positive. If anything, some of the advanced features could be easier to find within the interface. Other than that, the platform is stable and works very well for everyday professional communication.

Zoom Workplace makes it easy for teams to communicate and collaborate remotely. It helps us run efficient meetings, share presentations quickly, and keep everyone aligned even when working from different locations. The AI-generated summaries are especially useful because they reduce the need to take manual notes and make it easier to review what was discussed after the meeting.

Zoom Workplace should cost less. In addition, there should be a way for breakout rooms to be recorded from the main room (unless this is already an option and I missed it).

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of people unable to meet in person due to location. I work at an international society so the connections are needed.

What do you dislike about the product?

It would be helpful to have better customization of notification settings. Additionally, there are gaps in file organization, integration depth, and resource usage, as well as limits on customization.
