Seamless Communication, Reliable Hub for Work

  • January 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace as my day-to-day hub for work communication and collaboration. I really like how seamless and reliable it feels. Meetings start on time, audio and video just work, and screen sharing is smooth even in larger or more complex calls. I also really appreciate how everything is connected. Being able to move from a chat to a meeting to a follow-up recording without leaving the platform saves a ton of time and mental effort. The AI features are a big plus too. Meeting summaries, transcripts, and action items make it much easier to stay organized and keep everyone aligned, especially after long or back-to-back meetings. On top of that, it scales well. Whether it’s a quick one-on-one, a team sync, or a customer call with multiple stakeholders, Zoom Workplace handles it consistently. The setup was very easy. Setup was quick and mostly self-serve. Signing in, connecting the calendar and email, and joining my first meetings took minutes. Most features were intuitive out of the box, with little to no training needed. That reliability and all-in-one experience is what keeps me coming back to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few things could be better. Team Chat can feel a bit noisy and harder to organize at scale compared to chat-first tools, especially with lots of channels. Calendar and task context is still somewhat separate, so following action items after meetings isn’t always as seamless as it could be. I also think customization could improve. Things like notification controls, layouts, and meeting defaults sometimes take extra tweaking. Overall it works well, but there’s room to make the experience feel more intuitive and personalized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves fragmentation by integrating calls, meetings, chat, and follow-ups in one place. It reduces meeting overload with reliable features like recordings and AI summaries, and enables quick transitions between communication modes, improving speed and reducing friction, especially for distributed teams.

Seamless Communication, High Quality, Needs Resource Optimization

  • January 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom Workplace because it's easy to use, and the audio and video quality are consistently good. The screen sharing, chatting, and screen recording features are also really useful. Clear audio and video mean I don't have to repeat myself or worry about missing important details. Screen sharing helps me explain things visually, and screen recording allows me to review discussions or share them with team members who couldn't attend. The initial setup was super easy too; I just downloaded the app, signed in, and was ready to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Zoom Workplace uses a lot of internet and system resources, which sometimes causes lag. I think they should add smarter bandwidth so that video quality auto-adjusts based on my internet speed, and a lightweight mode for low-end devices would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for fast communication through chat, video calls, and screen sharing, ensuring clarity with great audio and video quality. Screen sharing aids visual explanations, and recording helps review discussions or share them with team members.

AI Meeting Summaries That Boost Clarity and Speed Up Virtual Meetings

  • January 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility that virtual meetings provides has always been a game changer but the new AI meeting summaries have upped the ante for sure. Meetings move faster with participants listening to hear vs. scrambling to record notes/nexts. Minimizes f/u and maximizes clarity. The true win? Hosts who use eliminate participants from sheepishly trying to sneak cameras out for a stealthy screen pic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not yet wild about about mail integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaping meeting benefits vs recording!

Intuitive, High-Quality Meetings with Zoom Workplace

  • January 15, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom Workplace really good software for online meetings, classes, and more. It solves the problem of long-distance communication, making it easy to interact with someone physically unavailable. I particularly like the best video and audio quality and how the user interface is clean and easy to use, even for someone new to the application. The initial setup was very easy, and I haven't encountered any issues with Zoom Workplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want it to get more interesting features regarding AI. The voice assistant features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace makes it easy to connect with someone far away, providing excellent video and audio quality and a clean user interface.

A Reliable Remote Team Hub for Time Tracking and Transparent Hiring

  • January 14, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I’m actually currently using it, and our team relies on it as a central hub since we all work remotely. Growing a company while working remotely isn’t always easy, especially when it comes to potential new hires. We use it to track hours and to help keep the vetting process for new hires honest and transparent.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I don’t really have any downsides. We’ve all been very happy with Zoom; the only drawback I can think of is that the pricing is a tad high. These days it feels like you have to pay premium prices to do anything, and while I could use the free version of Zoom, the time limit makes it pretty limiting and not ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to run our marketing business remotely with quick check-ins has been really helpful. People can pop into rooms to see how things are going without having to dial in by phone, which makes communication feel more natural. It also helps keep everyone honest about the time and effort they’re putting into their work. I also just hired someone for the first time ever, which was super exciting! I was able to train them completely through Zoom!

Excellent Sound and Picture Quality in Zoom Workplace

  • January 14, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the sound quality and picture quality of Zoom Workplace. I also like the functionality that lets me chat with the people I’m in meetings with and drop files in the chat. Another thing I appreciate is its integration with other tools like Microsoft 365. Overall, it’s easy to set up and join a meeting in Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I open Zoom in my browser, and then later the app version opens too. At that point I end up in two meetings at once, which can be pretty inconvenient sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps solve the physical location barrier that comes with working with people from all around the world. It lets me communicate faster, more clearly, and securely. Now I can talk to and conduct business with someone in the Netherlands or China, or anywhere else around the world for that matter.
