Great product but might be a bit too expensive
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Zoom is that it works fast and very responsive. In addition, it's intuative for new users. It contains plenty features which are great (at least most of them)
What do you dislike about the product?
It might be a bit too expensive and if you are a company that is based on Microsoft tools (like Microsoft Teams), it might be a free and easy alternative (although not as good)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace mainly helps us with the communication between the different team members and collegues in our company, as well as communication with our customers.
In our meetings, we present our screen and might help our customers with issues/questions they have through the Zoom session.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall I am getting great experience and user friendly.
Zoom make it easier to host a meeting with everyone, If can't physically connected with them in one place.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike about this zoom workplace is when I am using application, sometime this application hanging & little latency on sharing screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom workspace is bring many other working tool togather in single app. Making it easier than ever to get work done

cannot use lisence account on multiple devices

being a hybrid / remote company, it keeps over 400 of us connected

Zoom platform is light on internet bandwidth and therefore works better than other platforms.

Default meeting capacity is 100 participants unlike other platforms which offers more, for zoom you have to pay to increase this number.

Our organisatio is spread across different areas in xthe region and zoom has solved the issue of always having physical meetings where employees are required to travel

What do you like best about the product?
We can meet anytime and anywhere. It's highly innovative with featurs like AI transcription, breakout rooms, recording.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really except for the potential hacking problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I benefit because meetings don't have to be face to face all the time. It saves us travel time. Also, im particularly an introvert so it's better for me if I don't have to meet in person.
AI Powered Collaboration Platform.
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with other tools. This greatly helps us when we use Slack, MS Teams and Google Workpsace. Also the transcripting feature is awesome when we interact with oversees clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the least useful feature is tons of virtual background. I haven't used any till date and only use the blue background feature. The biggest downside of using zoom is the machine resources it eats up which using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps collaborate with clients who do not use Google Meet or MS Teams. I like the transcript feature the most. This feature helps us interact with foreign clients easily with the real-time transcipting the discussion.

1. You can create a setting to mute or unmute joinees.
2. In chat section, we can DM the participants.
3. Whiteboard features to draw or explain makes easy to explain.
4. Auto created meeting summaries with the help of AI.
Overall it is good software which I have been using for years.

What do you dislike about the product?
Well I think zoom can improve on shortcuts for meeting controls and sign in experience where zoom can improve more sign in options apart from basic/usual ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is beneficial in providing training to the multiple trainees where I can connect with them and wfh module. It was very helpful in corona period.

Connecting with someone and having a conversation or meeting regarding a smooth business experience is easier.

UI of the Zoom application can be better.

On Video conferencing when users can share their screens and we have access to and control of their screens is very helpful in solving the issues that end users face.
