What do you like best about the product?
It’s very user-friendly and convenient to operate, and the metrics are easy to understand. Personally, I feel it’s great to use Zoom Workplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just two points to highlight: we can’t quote our replies on other people’s text, and bulk texts are missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made reaching out to people very easy. Since I’m in healthcare recruiting, it makes my job easier by helping me connect with U.S. healthcare professionals.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s also really reliable and easy to use. Even if someone isn’t super tech-savvy, they can join a meeting with just a link and get going right away. The audio and video quality are usually solid, which makes a big difference for work calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are also occasional issues with updates or settings resetting, which can interrupt your workflow. And while it integrates many tools, some features (like chat or file management) don’t always feel as smooth or intuitive as dedicated apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps fix the issue of everything being all over the place. Instead of using different apps for meetings, messages, and sharing files, it keeps everything in one spot, which makes work feel more organized and less stressful.

Zoom add on allows me to easily create calendar event and add in Zoom link directly within my calendar

There are some times sync issues with other software I use for both note taking and calendar tracking

Virtual meetings are a big part of my job and being able to track the calls, have the AI note taker give me summaries, and automize the follow up summaries are very helpful.

The initial setup of Zoom Workplace was fairly easy and straightforward, with quick installation and simple meeting setup, making it easy to explain to new users. I find Zoom Workplace to be a reliable and high-quality platform for meetings, strong for remote and hybrid work, and easy to use.

Zoom Workplace is powerful but it could be simpler, faster, and more seamless in certain areas. I feel simplification and speed could be improved in a few specific areas like finding certain tools, whiteboard, screen sharing recordings, menu, and tabs.

In a single app, I can do everything: calls, chats, and meetings, plus notes—everything in one place.

It doesn’t give us a chance to react to messages.

I use Zoom Workplace on a daily basis. It makes it easy for me to reach out to candidates, and I can create a group whenever needed. I can also attend all internal meetings using a single app, so I don’t need a separate app just for meetings.
