What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom Workplace is its reliability and ease of use for virtual meetings and collaboration. The video and audio quality are consistently strong, even with large groups, and the platform is intuitive enough for anyone to use without much training. Features like screen sharing, breakout rooms, and integrated chat make it easy to host everything from quick check-ins to large webinars. The addition of tools like Zoom Whiteboard and Zoom Scheduler has also made it more of an all-in-one workspace, supporting team collaboration beyond just meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that while it’s great for meetings, managing settings and integrations across large teams can feel clunky and time-consuming, especially when trying to standardize security or permissions. The interface, though functional, can feel a bit dated compared to some newer collaboration platforms, and switching between features like chat, whiteboard, and meetings isn’t always as seamless as it could be. Additionally, it can get expensive as you scale or add on advanced features, which may require careful cost management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is solving the problem of keeping teams connected and collaborative, no matter where they’re located. It makes it easy to host reliable, high-quality virtual meetings, webinars, and training sessions, helping to bridge the gap between remote and in-office teams. The platform also supports better engagement with features like breakout rooms, polls, and whiteboards, which encourage participation and idea-sharing. This has benefited us by improving communication, reducing travel costs, and enabling more flexible work, all while maintaining productivity and connection across the organization.
Good platform to Connect with others, needs more simplicity
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom have many options to connect with others, is easy, friendly, speed and I like the platform, because you can share your opinion with a lot or some people, is easy to express yourself and use it for long or short conferences or events.

I think that the platform need to be more predictable and with less buttons, the chat should be easier

Is a complete platform to teamwork, it helps me to improve my meetings and analysis

I love zoom. I work 3 jobs and I use it for each one. I really enjoy using it to tutor.

Sometimes it lags, but overall I like it. No major issues .

Zoom is by far one of the best
What do you like best about the product?
I absolute love zoom, it has been so useful for me since the pandemic. At home nearly everything virtual. They are the best platform to have video calls. For personal , business and school. Weather it's 1 on 1 or a group. It is very easy to use and i use it quite frequently. It has lot's of different features to choose from depending on what kinds of project you are working on. I highly recommend checking this one out.

I have no dislikes about this platform it works.

Zoom is very helpful for me when i am having meeting with others the platform makes it easy for everyone to connect no matter where you are, and you can use a cell phone as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Its ease of use, video quality, the functionality of being able to make phone calls and have an IVR in the cloud. We use it daily and continuously as it operates our cloud switchboard. The implementation is not the easiest but it's not impossible either, suitable for people with an intermediate level. The integrations it has are not many but the few that exist work very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contacting their support is a nightmare. It's difficult to get a human to respond, and they intend to resolve everything through their knowledge base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps us work quickly, easily, and remotely in a single tool: Video calls, phone calls, instant messaging. It has more features, but I think instead of developing more and trying to cover everything, they should focus on being the best at what they already have.

I love the variety of tools it offers you when making my calls; you can make the experience more personalized.

Sometimes it can get a bit stuck when there are too many people on the call.

Best Video conference Software
What do you like best about the product?
It offers best video conferencing, chat, whiteboarding and meeting scheduling. The user interface is user friendly and it is reliable. I use this softeware in my daily work and there is a lot of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, everyrhing is fine but it consumes high system resources, leading to performance issue, Overall it is the best software I came across.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to schedule my daily meetings and it is very user friendly and a lot of AI tools are implemented which is very usefull and the best feature.
Better than other video call tools
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use, reliable, and a clean UI. I have used other tools like Slack, MS Teams, and TeamViewer, and Zoom is by far and away the most intuitive. Other tools, especially browser based, are difficult to navigate.

What do you dislike about the product?
Being an end user, I don't have many things that I don't like about Zoom. I would be making something up as I primarily use Zoom for video calls, which is their strength.

Being in sales, I use Zoom daily to communicate with potential customers and my teammates.
