A excellent tool for Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use,
Ease of sign In,
Clarity of voice/Video.
Rarely faced any drop off issues or audio problems.
AI Assistant for taking notes is excellent.
Conducting a meeting large number of people is very seamless.
Integration with other tools like Slack, Outlook is very good.

What do you dislike about the product?
UI is not that great, it is simple black/White UI which can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to Work From Any Where with the team by using Zoom. Integration with tools like Zoom provides instant access.
Easy to present over it, using Share Screen and whiteboards are some good features.
Recording the meetings is very simple.
AI writing assistant is very helpful in taking MOMs.

Great app for remote video meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I like the zoom workplace because of all the different features and because it's easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I might complain about is an occasional lag due to my internet connection but that's unavoidable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to travel as much, I really like the ease of access.

As a user it's been a great option
What do you like best about the product?
It has some great features, from reactions, etc, but also you don't have to worry about time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The same limiter on having to see the gallery as well as the shared screen
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I take language classes from across the globe, and it's been fantastic for that. I can meet up with language teachers from their home country to learn their home language. In addition, the cost is less prohibitive than hiring a language teacher (if I could find one) in my own home country.

What do you like best about the product?
No matter how busy someone is, they can join in the meeting. You’re not constricted to only those that can show up.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are several AI features that are overkill for our purposes. They may have value for others, but for us it makes it more complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve been using Zoom for our Union’s monthly meetings, and it’s been a game-changer! Before, getting everyone together in person was a challenge, but Zoom has made it so much easier to connect. The platform is reliable, user-friendly, and has significantly boosted participation. More members are now engaged, and our meetings run smoothly. Highly recommend Zoom for any group looking to improve virtual attendance and collaboration!

The application is very easy to use. it also provides fast and high quality calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The duration of use as a guest (without purchasing) is very short. Also, the pricing is very high considering Türkiye.

It enables remote interviews and online meetings to be held effortlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Controls and functions are simple and easy implementation. Customer support is prompt. Using it daily for customer meetings. the number of feature is helpful in tracking and easily integrate with any tool needed.

love the platform as a whole a few down times but not frequent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meetings on the fly. Remote meetings. connecting and sharing screen. Video conferencing.
Engaging Meetings, Bridging Distances!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Zoom is that it provide breakout rooms for managing large virtual meetings which keeps people engaged in small group discussions. This feature of Zoom help organizers to arrange meetings for the events that involve teams for example organizing a hackathon, workshops, study groups, interviews, etc...
What do you dislike about the product?
It eats too much of my internet & battery and therefore device gets heated up! Secondly, it has very limited free plans compared to its competitors for example Microsoft Teams or Google meet!

Zoom gets the job done!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows multiple users the ability to collaborate and share your screen in order to do presentations. It also allows you to share audio with your users and you can chat with the group or direct message a single person in the session. I like the fact that you can mute your audio and/or video if needed. The background themes are also fun to fiddle with and are a great feature. The software is easy to use, very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike about the software, it's easy to use and update when needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps us communicate with users that may not be able to physically join our meetings and it also allows us to record the meetings just in case there may be some users that can't attend.
