What do you like best about the product?
It is a unified platform that it combines chat , meeting , whiteboard , share screen. It has a user friendly environment . Having stable performance even with weaker internet connections . It is secure having end to end encryption . i use it twice in a week by joining meeting . having customer support 24/7 using ai chatbox . It is easy to setup . Zoom workplace can connect with other apps .
What do you dislike about the product?
It has an subscription cost and can get expensive on large terms which i don't like it . it contains many pings if your setting is managed poorly . zoom should improve its chat function because some things are not included on it .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving its chat functionality by adding new features in it . Yes it is helpful for the user by having more features to answer a question .

I like how I'm able to conduct important meetings in a timely manner.

The initial errors and hiccups such as the mic or camera not working makes me look unprofessional.

So, for the best thing, Firstly, I would say the quality of the meeting like the video quality and voice quality.

The most annoying about Zoom is its clumsy and old interface and the meeting workplace also lags in various moments. Apart from that, it also feels that sometimes, the platform faces some glitches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recently Zoom is working on its AI model to enhance it and according to me, it will a game changer for the platform as it will eradicate the inefficiencies that the platform is facing today.
The main thing according to me would be the removal of glitches and lags.

Nothing, everything is very fine and absolute.

Zoom is an extremely easy application to use in any setting. you can adjust your background to give an appropriate setting in an interview or group call. it's the modern post pandemic version of skype. you can use it at any time and it is easy to integrate into lectures or preparations before an interview. customer support is super easy because they have a list of common problems or features you can go through to help clarify the issue at hand.

there's not really much to dislike about zoom workplace, if you need it for what it's intended for, it is self explanatory when you toggle around the features and its an excellent workplace to use as a starter.

it solves the issue of multi-user video call usage, because it increases the chances of interaction through real-time chat. the real video conferencing feature embodies collaborative tools like whiteboard and screen share.

I have found Zoom has given me more flexibility in using the meeting platform than its competitors. From connecting to small groups or sharing data and pages, it makes things easier.

Some groups do not allow access to Zoom because of strict filters.

Simple and easy to use for anyone. Does not have a steep learning curve.

During screen sharing, hard to find the chat box. Can have better UI.

zoom is the best video confrencing platform , I have come accross so far.
What do you like best about the product?
zoom has lots of features like screen sharing, audio sharing , remote control, annotations, notes sharing ,as I am a teacher , it helps me alot in running my classes , i am really happy with the service they have,lik sharing and joining meeting has become supper easy for students and also breakout room is cherry on top , simply awesome platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
not as such I dislike about zoom but just only one thing tha zoom support responds a little late , which can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping me to conduct my classes without much extra efforts and hassle, it also is helping me to grow in life , the quality of videos are so good that it enhanses my student's class experience and also annotations are so helpful and sharing notes with students creating poles , using whiteboard, is now very easy to usewith zoom , zoom has made my life simple, i am a happy to use it.
