Zoom Workplace solves problems like remote communication, team collaboration, and meeting fatigue by offering video calls, chat, whiteboards, and AI features in one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
It has integration with a lot of apps specially slack and google calender which makes life easy. Not to mention about new AI feature which take notes and publishes MOM
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom needs login every month which I feel irritating
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My job is remote so everything is on zoom , we have different conferencing option like slack huddle , google meets and zoom but I prefer zoom due to better support even in low bandwidth internet. AI assistant helps me take notes and publish MOM's. I also have habit of recording sessions because sometimes I just zone out and it later helps me go back and understand things better.

I also love the virtual whiteboards for brainstorming and the ability to share screens at the same time. However, it can be pricey for small teams, and some features need a paid plan. Overall, it’s great for teamwork but could improve on cost and privacy concerns.

I dislike that Zoom Workplace can be expensive for small teams, as many advanced features require a paid plan. Privacy concerns, like past data-sharing issues, also make some users hesitant. Additionally, the free version has strict time limits on group calls, which can be frustrating.

It is often very data consuming compared to other platforms like Gmeet.

Zoom Workplace is a good choice if you want to conduct say professional conferences with video or one to one interview with people for great video/audio clarity

I increased employee engagement through Zoom Workplace, which makes communication easier with useful tools for more effective communication, such as file sharing, appointment scheduling, information feedback, and an optimal workspace for a good meeting when necessary. It has a very effective and professional set of tools.

I haven't suffered any glitches or issues that affect work or communication. It's a very professional platform where you can work very comfortably.

What do you like best about the product?
The whiteboard features is my love during the brainstorming session it helps us to keep our ideas flowing. It provide me the authority to spilt team through breakout rooms easily.

Through my experience it updates so frequently that sometimes it cause delay in joining meetings also chats requires little bit of polish.
