Seamless Workplace Integration with Handy AI Summaries
What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom’s integration with my workplace accounts. Any meetings I attend are recorded and summarised in my workplace’s storage, which makes it easy to keep everything in one place. Features like calendar sync and AI summaries also help keep me updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom’s desktop app for Windows is very buggy. It often takes a long time to start, which can be really frustrating when I’m trying to join a meeting quickly.

AI Transcript and Seamless Integration Shine
What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI Transcript feature in Zoom Workplace because it provides an amazing summary and next steps action in my inbox after the meeting, which lets me focus seamlessly on the call without having to make any notes manually. This also helps me in effectively following up with my internal and external stakeholders. The Zoom Rooms feature is fantastic for giving better structure to conversations, building relationships, and allowing hesitations to fade away when connecting in smaller groups. I appreciate the Host Tools, which offer the privilege to manage various meeting aspects like screen share access, locking the meeting, enabling waiting rooms, or hiding profile pictures. These tools give us more control to manage our meetings the way we like. Additionally, the Integrated Chat and Calendar feature is incredibly helpful as it allows seamless work on one page, making it easy to manage meetings and follow-ups in one place. I found the initial setup of Zoom Workplace very easy, which was a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The in-meeting chat and file sharing feature could be more organized and easier to reference later, particularly for longer/recurring meetings. Additionally, deeper integration across tools like tasks, notes, followups could be more seamless to make it truly unified workplace rather than a collection of features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to quickly connect with colleagues for adhoc check-ins and plan meetings sequentially. The AI Transcript eliminates the need for manual note-taking, while Zoom Rooms enhance team interaction. Integrated features streamline communication and follow-ups.
Fantastic Tool for Seamless Global Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace has features to assist teams in meeting, collaborating, and solving problems regardless of location or team size. I appreciate the ability to record meetings to refer back to and the capability to share information. The option to change screen backgrounds and record meeting is enjoyable, and it accommodates different team sizes well. Zoom Workplace is a pretty useful tool that is flexible and easy to use. The initial setup was very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much that I dislike about Zoom
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps me meet with teams regardless of geographic location and time zones to discuss workplace issues, solve problems, collaborate, and plan. And I can set up meetings quickly on demand or schedule well in advance.
Great Call Quality and Smooth Meeting Scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
Nice quality for calls, and it works well for scheduling meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve run into technical issues, and I’ve also found it difficult to manage the conversation flow.

Communication silos: Team Chat tabs keep project-related documents, links, and conversations together, improving context, ensuring everything stays in one place, and reducing time spent searching.
User-Friendly Meeting Hub with Summaries and Calendar Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is very handy in creating these meetings and easy to navigate and most best thing about it is user friendly and clear instruction.
Its a whole pack of google meet, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp all in one.
Its well balanced between professional and friendly. No lag or any such things faced by me.
Best thing about it is the summarization of meeting and the connectivity of calendar to the mail.
I am using free account not sure about company pricing.
Only reason company are not using because of the domination of market by Google and Microsoft, I prefer zoom for collaboration than teams and meet for sure.

Zoom doesn't have many other tools like excel or google sheets or mail or copilot and Gemini or any similar software so as a company i would prefer Microsoft subscriptions or google subscriptions it would be cost effective to buy in bundle

Sometimes we forget what have been discussed in meeting instead of seeing the whole recording see the summarization it is quick and handy and most importantly time saving

I use Zoom Workplace for our daily meetings and team communication, and it's been an amazing experience. I find the video and audio quality always clear and reliable, making every meeting smooth and professional. It's simple to use and keeps our team connected, helping us collaborate quickly and efficiently. I love that it's an all-in-one tool—calls, chats, and collaboration are all in one place, which makes work faster and easier. The simplicity and reliability stand out because it's easy to use and runs smoothly. Meetings are quick to join, and the audio and video are consistently clear. Zoom Workplace works extremely well for us overall, consistently delivering great performance and improving with new features. It integrates smoothly with other tools like calendar apps, project management software, and cloud storage, keeping workflows connected and collaboration seamless. The initial setup was extremely easy, and our team was up and running quickly, thanks to its intuitive interface and straightforward onboarding process. It easily scaled to support around 150 employees in our company, keeping us connected and productive. I would rate Zoom Workplace a 10 out of 10 for its reliability, ease of use, and all-in-one collaboration features.

We actually don’t have any dislikes about Zoom Workplace. It has been reliable, easy to use, and meets all our collaboration needs exceptionally well.

Simple UI, AI Meeting Summaries—Just RAM Usage and Security Setup a Bit Tough
What do you like best about the product?
The interface of Zoom Workplace is very simple and user-friendly. Its AI Companion helps a lot in creating meeting summaries, eliminating the need to take notes. Additionally, screen sharing and breakout rooms are very useful for large teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes on older systems, it consumes quite a bit of memory (RAM), which makes the laptop a bit slow. Besides this, the security settings might seem a bit complicated to set up for the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for remote collaboration. It has made our team's communication fast and attending hybrid meetings has become very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Zoom Workplace is how it consolidates everything into a single, cohesive hub. Instead of constantly toggling between separate apps for meetings, team chat, and document sharing, having a unified interface makes my workflow feel much more fluid and organized.

What I find most challenging about Zoom Workplace is the "all-in-one" complexity. While having everything in one hub is convenient, it can sometimes feel a bit cluttered compared to the simpler, meeting-focused version of the past
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problem Zoom Workplace solves is app fatigue. Before, I’d have to jump between a video app, a separate chat platform, and a different browser tab for my calendar or documents. Zoom Workplace consolidates those into one ecosystem, which saves a lot of mental energy and keeps my desktop from being a mess of open windows.
