What do you like best about the product?
WIth Zoom I can easily connect with my customers and its very easy to use and help the people to resolve their issues via call

Zoom Workplace: Mostly Smooth with a Few Frustrations
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps me connected with my team without switching different apps and the clear video and audio make meetings smooth helping me stay productive and collaborate easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don’t like about Zoom Workplace is that it can feel overwhelming with too many features making simple tasks more complicated and sometimes glitches or connection issues interrupt meetings, which is frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves the problem of switching multiple apps by combining meetings, chat and file sharing in one place. It helps me connect with my team faster and stay focused making my workday smoother and more productive.
Reliable video meetings & smooth collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how reliable Zoom is for scheduled meetings with executives or remote teams. The breakout rooms, calendar integration, and screen sharing features make it a powerful tool for professional communication. It’s very user-friendly, even for those who aren’t tech-savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app takes longer to load or crashes when you have a weak internet connection. Also, recurring links can be messy if changes aren’t reflected instantly. Improved file sharing and whiteboard options would enhance team collaboration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps me coordinate and manage meetings across departments and external stakeholders without the chaos of back-and-forth emails or miscommunication. As an executive secretary, my role depends heavily on being able to organize high-level meetings smoothly and professionally, and Zoom allows me to do that with confidence. It makes it easier to keep everyone aligned, whether they’re across the building or across the world. Plus, the calendar sync and recurring meeting options save me a lot of time.
Powerful all in one Tool with Room to Improve
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Zoom Workplace is that it brings all the tools I need together in one place its more than just video calls it also includes messaging, whiteboards, calendar, and scheduling options. The whiteboard tool is very helpful for sharing ideas and planning with my team makes it easier for me to stay organized and work efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it can be overwhelming and a bit hard to navigate and some features like chat and whiteboard are not smooth as other apps and the AI tools still need double checking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps by putting all my work tools in one place meetings, chat, email and more. It saves time and keeps me organized and makes hybrid work easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Love how easy it makes connecting with people across organizations, including vendors, internal colleagues, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes updates make it hard to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For years now, Zoom has solved the problem of video conferencing needs. I personally enjoy using it for its capacity for large calls and webinars.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to access it and how easy it is to use. It was also really easy to implement and integrated I use it almost every week

I do not love that there is a time limit on the free version, but it is still a wonderful product

It allows me to be able to take calls at my home as opposed to always having to find a way to meet in person

I appreciate the adaptability Zoom Workplace has and the benefit it offers in bringing everyone together seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Zoom Workplace. Many features to take advantage of and countless benefits for our entire team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company, we are able to make our meetings more personable by everyone being "present" in one spot and everyone sharing the same meeting experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Custom background noise filtering using my voice and in-call UI
What do you dislike about the product?
In MacOS, the home UI seems like a little bit saturated, with too many buttons and components. To date, I have not been able to understand and digest this home (not related to the in-call UI)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By easily syncing with my google calendar account, it is easy to me to add video conferencing, also now with the latest innovations on AI, I can extract with AI assistant the highlights and transcript of a call and take them to an aI tool to process them.

What do you like best about the product?
The time limits have increased as Zoom has become more in-tuned with actual meeting times an workplace productivity. I also enjoy the scheduler and webinar features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! It has greatly improved over the years to become much more user-friendly.

Being able to collaborate with many personnel with interactive features so that all contributors can provide their input.
