Best workspace for remote environments
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workspace is very easy to download and setup the meeting environment. Can able to record meeting sessions without any issues. I also like background filters which looks more professional. And very user friendly, anyone can use. Ans screensharing works seamlessly. I also like the chat feature during the meetings and send emojis as well. Been using since so long and i really loved it.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes as of now, as it works perfectly. But sometimes i observe some technical glitches during meetings.

Best software of online meetings & calls
What do you like best about the product?
its UI, smoothness & its very much user friendly, we can have number of persons to join the call. Its quality in voice & video is very good. cant think of any other software or app if we have zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am using it from last 6 years & did not found any reasons to dislike the app. its never got brake

During the covid period, i used zoom at most, i used be in calls whole day & did not feel that im not in office, i was able to connect with my office team mates & was able to solve my all the queries in zoom meetings

What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout features of Zoom Workplace is how it brings together multiple collaboration tools into a single, streamlined platform. The integration of Zoom Meetings, Team Chat, Whiteboard, and Scheduling tools into one interface saves a lot of time and reduces the need to juggle multiple apps. The user interface is clean and intuitive, especially for meetings and chats, which are easy to navigate even for less tech-savvy users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile experience can be inconsistent. While meetings work fine on mobile, navigating between chat, whiteboards, and other tools feels clunky compared to the desktop version. Notifications across devices sometimes don’t sync well, I've missed a few messages because my desktop marked them as read while I was still away from my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using it, we relied on separate apps for meetings, messaging, whiteboarding, and scheduling, which created a lot of inefficiency and context-switching. Zoom Workplace brings all of those tools into one unified platform, which cuts down on wasted time and keeps everyone on the same page. For example, being able to jump from a chat conversation directly into a meeting or collaborative whiteboard without leaving the platform makes a big difference in how quickly we can make decisions or solve problems. It’s also helpful that everything is tied together with calendar integration and smart scheduling, which reduces back-and-forth around meeting times.
Good sharing application giving Teams a run for their $$$
What do you like best about the product?
You can do everything on it. Take & make calls, web conference, chat, share documents, use thoughtful AI. It's all there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of adoption for more than video calls. This isn't Zoom'a fault, of course.

The integrated AI does well with speaker stats from conference calls, and collates notes & action items really well.

ZoomWork Place a go to tool for Office Meeting and Client Calls
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Zoom, WorkPlace is it never glitches every now and then as other workplaces. The voice, video and everything is smooth over Zoom. Geniuenly a go to App for Office work.

The verification process when logging in after a day but it is for one's security so can't complain.

The Zoom WorkPlace solves the biggest concern for our Organization about contacting Client. Through Zoom workplace we can get in touch with Client over call, Video Confrencing, Screen sharing very easily. Making a convenient choice for our Client too.
