Nice and solid platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, reliable, and smooth. As it is well-known and adopted in the market, it is easy to schedule meetings with external invitees. The implementation is simple, and the support chat (bot and human) is efficient.
The features available are enough for what we need to use every day.

What do you dislike about the product?
The primary challenge has been obtaining improved attendance reports for live events and consolidating this data into a bulk sheet without the need to download each individual attendance for every meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Video meetings and conferences for remote and hybrid teams, call transcriptions, training and workshops recording, phone calls, scheduler link to schedule meetings with internal and external public.

What do you like best about the product?
easy to understand. Little to no trainnig needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin side could be a little better organized. Sometimes finding a section setting can be challenging .

With 80+ % of the company being remote... I keeps the teams connected

More active update nofiications to alert end users of new software updates

On-call extension number for our support team

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. There are many features you can change or set to be best for the org or in individual meetings. We use it as our main video platform as it is easy to use and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally meetings passwords don't work but in general everything is pretty smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps connect our remote folks to in office folks. It helps everyone collaborate smoothly and the video recordings are great for anyone who misses a meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
Meeting solution is great. Would prefer a rooms solution without a dedicated PC. That caused us issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Rooms was problematic. We discontinued that service.

We were really using Zoom Rooms ans Meetings only.

Zoom Workplace has been an easy to use and intuitive system to use in the workplace.
What do you like best about the product?
The integration of Zoom Rooms has been very convenient for our onboardings, team meetings, and conference calls. Also, the integration of Zoom scheduling to our Google Workspace has been very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the delay it takes for Zoom Rooms to update after an edit or meeting is scheduled puts a delay on a few of the duties we have to accomplish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is giving us the opportunity to create spaces that are primarily useful for team meetings and screen sharing via the use of Zoom Rooms. It has created a very seemelss system for us to use with all of our different teams and offices.
Quality video, great settings and support
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy gui and settings for users. The call video quality is great and call quality is excellent. The video backgrounds are clean and crisp.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its not the most reliable with calls and videos but most of the time if your internet is good its fine

Easy video chats with teammates and also use it for our helpdesk call line.
Easy to Use; Universal
What do you like best about the product?
We use Zoom in all of our meeting rooms. Very easy to connect to via phone, mobile app, or desktop. We have all Logitech systems that are seamless. The hotel desking feature is nice. There are features we don't use as much, like the whiteboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding Workspace Reservation accounts is a pain. Having to contact sales each time to a workspace valued at $1 is a waste of time. I like being able to add accounts as needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During COVID it was a lifesaver for the firm to continue to collaborate remotely. We implemented it across the firm's various work spaces and the ease of use and ease of implementation makes it a huge benefit.
The support services at Zoom are very weak and create a poor impression of everything else
