All-in-One Platform That Eliminates App Switching
What do you like best about the product?
Video meetings, team chat, phone calls, email and calendar, and file sharing are all in one place. Instead of jumping between different apps, I can do everything in a single platform, which cuts down on “app switching” and helps work move faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it’s lost its simplicity. Now it seems overdone, and not as straightforward as it used to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less app switching means faster workflows and having everything in one place when you need it.

Smooth, Lag-Free Meetings on Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Meetings are smooth, and meetings doesn’t lag.

Multitasking while using Zoom is a bad experience and causes a lot of lag.

Since my company is more remote than office-based, we conduct all of our meetings on Zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace has become much more than just a meeting tool for me. With Team Chat, Docs, and Whiteboards all integrated into one interface, my workflow feels far more streamlined, and it’s noticeably reduced my “app-switching” fatigue.

Zoom Makes Calls Fast, Easy, and Collaborative with Helpful AI Summaries
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom helps me interact with my colleagues efficiently and comfortably. It’s easy to initiate calls, and it opens quickly even the first time I try to load it. I also like the quick integrations, such as the whiteboard, which is helpful when I’m trying to explain something to someone else on the call. The AI feature that summarizes the call is good as well. While setting up the things for the first time - the single sign on feature helped to login and authenticate quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The floating window which appears while you share the screen blocks the content all the time, i need to manually hide the floating window each time i share the screen, also the recording could be made available instantly right after the call, whereas currently need to wait 10-20 minutes to get the recording and the meeting summary in the email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a remote-first organization, Zoom Workplace has been the tool that’s helped us work effectively. It makes it easy to interact with colleagues, whether we’re talking directly, showing something on video, or sharing our screen. Overall, Zoom is our go-to platform for day-to-day communication and collaboration.

What I like most is how easy it is to use, and how smoothly it connects with multiple apps.

The AI companion doesn’t share meeting notes with all members by default.

It lets me connect seamlessly with multiple teams and people across the globe.
Intuitive, Entertain External Connections Effortlessly
What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom Workplace user-friendly and accessible, which really helps when connecting with external partners who might find accessing other platforms like Teams difficult. I like that you can assign hosts and plan breakout rooms ahead of the meeting, as this helps me focus on facilitation. I value the feature that enables the waiting room to filter stragglers, and I like being able to record meetings for later distribution. The transcript and notes are convenient for referencing later. The integration with my Outlook calendar is great for ease in scheduling and sending invites. The initial setup was pretty easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it hard to navigate slides as well as share my screen at the same time. It makes my window freeze and I can't see speaker notes unless it's brought to another screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is user-friendly and accessible. It helps connect with external partners who have trouble accessing other platforms. Host assignment and breakout room planning allow me to focus solely on facilitation.
