All-in-One Productivity Boost with Seamless AI and Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace for almost everything in my office. It offers a wide range of useful features like audio, video calls, file sharing over chats,organizing, and joining meetings and also the user interface is very good loking and easy to explore. Also the personal AI assistant is a great help it assists me in keeping track of my tasks and can summarize complex text into simpler language whenever I need it. Zoom Workplace also supports both group and one on one video and audio meetings, and these work smoothly even on my slow office PCs. Our team uses the Zoom Workplace everyday for daily tasks like meetings and boosting productivity.
Zoom Workplace also provides the documentation in very easy to understand language thats covers setup guides, troubleshooting steps in case of any errors which happens almost never and one can resolve the errors without waiting for a support agents.Also they provide 24/7 help including live chat and phone support to paid users.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although Zoom Workplace is powerful but some useful features are paid for example paid plans is the only way to remove 40 minute limit on group meetings. Also free plans allows you to record the meetings only on your own system, you have to buy paid plan in order to use cloud recordings. Also i noticed that when the meeting becomes larger there are some connection issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before the Zoom Workplace we have to manully host the meetings, use different types of tools for communication and also everytime I have to switches the tabs in order to use my AI assistants. Since Zoom Workplace brings all these features into one work it boosts our productivity and saves lots of my time and effords. Zoom Workplace offers stable audio and video calls performance even in our weak office PCs before Zoom Workplace our system were lagging like hell but now they are working very fast since we dont have to open multiple tabs for different tasks as all of the taks can be done on one tab.

We are able to hold video and web conference to help cut the travel cost. Offers seamless integration with the Zoom ecosystem to centralize organization communication.

Zoom fixes the “hard to meet” problem, lets you video chat, share screens, and collaborate live from anywhere. Saves time, keeps everyone on the same page, and makes teamwork way easier.

Zoom Workplace is utilized daily for some form of team meeting, collaborative work, or client calls. It helps in managing video or audio meetings across different locations. It also enhances collaborative work by providing functionalities or capabilities that include screen sharing, chat, or recording. This application is integrated with calendar and project management tools that make it very easy to manage work processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connectivity and performance might sometimes be affected during large meetings when many people are connected. Without proper scheduling, it can become confusing to manage recurring meetings. Some advanced features, such as detailed analytics or transcription, may only be available on paid plans. Notwithstanding these minor limitations, this platform remains stable for daily work use.

Zoom Workplace eradicates difficulties in coordinating team meetings for remote or hybrid teams. Zoom Workplace enables communication centralization, minimizes the use of emails, and ensures project-related communications are well-organized. Video or chat collaboration enables effective and speedy decision-making for team members. Recording and distribution of meeting notes enhances transparency and accountability.
Outstanding AI Features Make Zoom Stand Out
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom stands out for its impressive AI capabilities. Compared to major competitors such as Google Meet and Teams, I find it performs much better. Even straightforward features like AI-generated meeting notes and recording function more smoothly and effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it offers some impressive advanced features, I’ve noticed that the image quality in videos isn’t very good. The camera tends to zoom in on my face, and I haven’t found any option to adjust this. Additionally, the background blur feature doesn’t work as well as I expected, which is disappointing since I consider that a basic function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration and communication are made easier, and the automatic note-taking feature is helpful for running the business overall.
Effortless Meetings and Seamless Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Zoom Workplace is how easy it is to use in daily work. I can join meetings in one click, talk to my team, share my screen, and send files without switching between different apps. The audio and video quality is very reliable, even when the internet is not perfect, which makes work smooth and stress-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don’t like much about Zoom Workplace is that sometimes it uses a lot of system resources, which can slow down my laptop during long meetings. Also, when many people are in a meeting, the app can feel a bit heavy. A few settings are also not very easy to find, especially for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps solve the problem of poor communication when people are working from different places. It brings video meetings, chat, and file sharing into one platform, so I don’t have to use multiple tools. Because of this, I can communicate faster, avoid misunderstandings, and get my work done more smoothly, even when my team is not in the same location.
Great for presenting to an audience, not so much for ad hoc meetings with colleagues

As the event organizer, I can control what permissions other participants have, and the limit of participants is much greater than for Google Meets.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the host, I need to do a lot myself to manage other participant permissions, allow screen sharing to individual participants, etc. Setting up a quick online call is not as easy as hopping on a Google Meets or a Slack huddle, because ultimately Zoom is a not part of the native ecosystem I use for work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is great when I need an online meeting where all attention is on the main speaker and all other participants are there to listen (eg. lectures).

I also value how participants can join quickly, without having to deal with any complicated setup steps.

The 40-minute limit on group meetings in the free plan can interrupt important conversations, making it difficult to maintain the flow of discussion. Additionally, accessing some advanced features often involves going through several menus, which can feel unintuitive at times.

Effortless Setup, Great for Remote Work
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace for both family and work meetings, and I really like the ability to share my screen. It's particularly useful when I need to show and explain graphical work to my colleagues, as it makes it easier for everyone to follow along. One of my favorite features is the background blurring, which helps with my privacy. Also, the initial setup of Zoom Workplace was very easy, as it's user-friendly—just download, register, login, and start using it without any need for special coding or excessive clicking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use the free and limited version which only allows for collaboration for just 40mins. Increasing this time duration would be GREAT.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I value Zoom Workplace for screen sharing, which makes it easier to show and explain graphical work to colleagues.
