There is nothing to dislike. It is very complete and easy to use.

Very Useful tool covering almost aspects
What do you like best about the product?
It's very convenient to use. It's really easy to navigate the Tab on Zoom Application without too much searching. It also offers wide range of features in just couple of clicks and also you can easily implement again and again.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes connectivity is not that smooth to work on. I felt sometimes over the calls. Customer support is bit slow as well on figuring out or fixing the issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main issue zoom is solving that you not don't need a lot of application for separate works like Calls with manager, Texting candidates. It's easy now to have almost features at one place.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s highly reliable. There was never connection issue, and sound and video quality is always great. In comparison other similar products often have issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Sometimes it crashes Windows, which is a really serious problem.
2. There’s an increasing amount of changes over time going into the UI controls. It is slightly annoying because once one gets used to a certain way, it becomes habitual and any slight change can become a big hurdle during work.

We fully work remotely. Communicating with coworkers relies on zoom.
Great quality, but not very user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
Once everyone is signed in and interacting with one another, I like the different features you can utilize and I feel it is much less "laggy" than other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel there are a lot of "hoops" you have to jump through to actually get on calls at times, especially for those who do not have the zoom app dowloaded; so not super user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is great for larger meetings in our company that Teams does not seem as equipped to support.

A very efficient software for remote working
What do you like best about the product?
I started using it during the COVID-19 pandemic, but I continue to use it in different companies to work remotely and connect with coworkers during working hours.
I think the main reason for its widespread adoption and use by many companies is that it is easy to use and integrate, like with Google Workspace and Slack, allowing us to use it in every job.

I think it works fine, so nothing is wrong. Some issues at the beginning with the connections, but today it's maybe the most efficient app to make a video call with many people.

What I like most about Zoom Workplace is how easy it is to interact with it, I love being able to have my meetings on Zoom.

That in the free version it does not allow more than 45 minutes.

It helps us to interact with the entire work team in one place and to share the screen easily and simply.

MS Outlook often logs out of zoom and I have trouble logging back into add Zoom link.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Microsoft outlook will log out of zoom after updates to computer and then I have trouble adding Zoom links to new MS Outlook meetings

Easy to use even by people who are not at all tech savvy and is gaining more popularity every passing day.

Integration with other platforms is not seamless.

Zoom has eliminated the need for one to be physically present in order to foster collaboration in not only the corporate world but also in other arenas of life as well.
using zoom for 4 years now and have not come across any better application than this.

Integration with other softwares. Zoom has also introduced AI agent to note minutes of meeting and action items which can be reviewed easily post call making it a convenient place to host calls.

There's nothing to dislike as such but data privacy could be improved to secure users data.

We now dont have to write mom manually. Recordings are in a better quality than before.
