Zoom is great for businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace has been great at allowing our employees to use a centralized platform to chat, communicate, and interact effectively within th eorganization. It's seamless and integrates well with outlook
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it is seamless. Potentially add more functionality to integrate better with outlook, like viewing meeting notes, etc

Having one centralized platform to communicate and interact with team members

What do you like best about the product?
We are able to operate fully remotely without being in an office together.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Zoom Workplace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a fully remote company with employees in many states and Zoom Workplace allows us to operate in that manner.
Zoom has been a great tool for our company
What do you like best about the product?
We are enjoing the AI aspect of zoom workplace works good for being new and has been improving. Meeting collaboration has been better than ever. Quality is great between sharing content and video.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes transcription gets jumbled at times. We have had random disconnects on multiple computers. Content freezes sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that we are solving is making our different geography's seem closer and more connected. Sharing information screens, notes and general face to face is better than over the phone or through email.
A reliable platform
What do you like best about the product?
As an administrator, I appreciate the ease of use on the backend when it comes to managing users. It's fairly straightfoward and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
A live person customer service or account representative is hard to get in touch with. Once upon a time, we had a very dedicated and eager account rep who would quickly answer questions or point us in the right direction at the very least. Now it's placing tickets and waiting. A bit frustrating at times, but Zoom doesn't seem to be the only platform going in this direction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is the business standard in many ways, and many business relationships have benefitted from the ease of use and quick connectivity Zoom has provided.
Zoom is ideal for our remote work
What do you like best about the product?
it is useful in connecting our team when geographic distances are in the way
What do you dislike about the product?
the full screen controls are sometimes in the way and we can't see things we need to touch or share
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are all over so remotely talking and seeing what others are doing is paramount and zoom is good at bridging the gap !
Better experience than competitors
What do you like best about the product?
The options within the Zoom Rooms app are great. I also like that the Zoom Rooms app can join Teams and Google Meet meetings. We've started testing the AI features and the meeting summary is pretty cool
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar sync is inconsistent. Meetings do not always show up in the Zoom app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have it for desk reservation, but we haven't had many people return to the office, so we haven't used it. I do like that you can see people on a map (if we were to use it)
An Interesting Option for Smaller Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to spin up if you are using it to leverage the Zoom One package. I've found the AI features helpful when you are in back-to-back-to-back meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is an incredibly manual process to add specific functionality to a user. I assume this is to drive the adoption of Zoom One, but it is a frustrating experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace rolls the functionality of disparate tools into one platform. The AI assistant, meeting recording with AI-generated summary, scheduling tool, clips, and phone capabilities allows for a very encompassing platform.
Great product & easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use - and when I do have questions, the knowledge base is helpful in getting answers to them. It meets my needs, and always has additional flexibility of top of my current needs. I know it's a product that can grow with me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot of extra features that I don't feel like I know how to start incorporating into my current workflows - tons of untapped potential. I wish I knew where to go for additional onboarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connect with my co-workers in a user friendly way, even if they lack more sophisticated technical skills. It's easy to start a call at any time while still feeling secure.
Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
It seems to work best of all meeting platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that is unhelpful.

It allows many people to join at once and see a lot of them on one screen.

some of the calendar integration - difficulty figuring out why I get a Zoom and an Outlook reminder for meetings.
