Reliable and Seamless Communication with Zoom Workplace

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy to use. Setting up meetings and inviting people is quick. The video and audio quality are usually great, and I like features like screen sharing, breakout rooms, and recording. It works well even with large groups, and it saves a lot of time for remote communication.
It also integrates well with calendars, so it's easy to manage schedules. I really like the chat feature during meetings for quick notes or sharing links. Zoom mobile app also works smoothly
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connection gets a bit unstable if the internet is slow. Also, some advanced features like webinars cost extra, which can be a bit expensive for small teams
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us stay connected with our team and clients when working remotely. Meetings are easy to join, and it saves time and travel.

What do you like best about the product?
The administration is very simple and clearly laid out, settings can be easily applied to groups or globally and can be stored very granularly.
The app runs very reliably on the clients and the meetings are always of good quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is updated relatively frequently
The support is not of a high standard for every request, the bot at the beginning is not very helpful

Zoom offers a reliable video and collaboration platform to hold meetings with clients. It can also be used as an internal messaging app

What do you like best about the product?
The Zoom hub to connect all associates via call and video conference. Connecting colleagues from multiple sites is much more seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Live support is pretty slow. All support is navigated to an online dashboard. Larning can be difficult when having to troubleshoot yourself and not being familiar with the admin console and the navigating the Zoom app for mobile and desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communications in network, externally (parents, agencies, consultants, counselors, etc.). Zoom has also optimized our cost for communications in a whole.

Reliable and Easy Video Conferencing for Meetings

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple and easy to use Zoom is to use. The user interface is smooth, and even new users can quickly join or host meetings without needing a tutorial. Screen sharing and background customization are very useful in my work-from-home routine. It runs smoothly even on low internet speeds, which is a big plus in India.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it consumes a bit more RAM on lower-end laptops during long calls. Also, the free version has a 40-minute limit on group calls, which can be a challenge when meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to conduct interviews, attend online training, and collaborate with clients and teammates across cities. Zoom has helped me stay productive and maintain clear communication without the need for travel. The recording feature is very helpful to review discussions later.

What do you like best about the product?
Having worked with Teams, Skype, GroupMe, and other miscellaneous inner-office software, Zoom Workplace sweeps the board in terms of usability, user-friendly interface, aesthetics, and just general, consistent, error-free use. I like that Zoom Workplace has allowed me to accomplish my dream of being a switchboard operator, fielding as many as 10 students to separate breakout rooms seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I do *not* like about Zoom Workplace is that there is no "notification tone" available when someone "raises their hand," and it alerts the host with a pop-up notification. I also don't like that if I do have to hop into a breakout room, it takes away my shared screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teams didn't allow us to have 1-on-1 tutoring sessions available simultaneously with 10+ remote employee call-in meetings. Zoom Workplace being a one-stop shop saves me time and mental facilities by not having to switch back and forth between apps, backfilling information and trying to sync up my documentation.

Zoom Delivers – A Must-Have for Remote Work

What do you like best about the product?
As someone in sales leadership, connecting with clients face to face is a big part of building trust and closing deals. Zoom has been incredibly helpful in allowing me to maintain that personal connection, even while working remotely. The video and audio quality are consistently reliable, and the platform is easy for both me and my clients to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It works very well on desktop, and the core features are reliable and professional. However, I’ve experienced some frustrations when using Zoom on Apple mobile devices.
Specifically, the breakout room functionality is limited, I can join breakout rooms, but hosting or managing them isn't fully supported on mobile. This lack of flexibility can be a problem during more interactive sessions when I’m not at my computer. Additionally, some settings don’t seem to work as advertised or are harder to access on mobile, which creates inconsistency in the user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From quick check-ins to full presentations and demos. Zoom helps me stay productive, professional, and connected no matter where I’m working from.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Zoom is the reliability factor. It's very stable, and rarely ever experience drop outs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The docking is ok, though I'd prefer to just have it in the taskbar.
